I like how Cbc has been warning about rain since yesterday and it's still not here yet.
Watch me jinx it.
Rain was forecast for tomorrow in Toronto. GJ.
I'm taking 2 year Computer Networking at Community College
eyyyy are you me? I'm literally taking 2 year computer networking at college next september
I finished my 3 year computer systems college course last year. Been working ever since. My Cisco prof wrote some of the Cisco textbooks.
Owning a house in vancouver while you are poor feels like sitting on a ton of a dynamite that could either reveal a bunch of gold, or otherwise blow your ass up.
Sell your shitty house in Vancouver for an entire mansion and Island off the coast of Cape Breton!

Hey at least you own a house
Failed a midterm pretty bad. Hope I don't fail the course or I have to go back another year.
Oh well. Life was going too well recently anyways.
This is without a doubt the nicest winter I've ever seen here in southern Alberta. There hasn't been a good snowfall since late January and temps have consistently been in the 8-15 degree range and I'm loving every minute of it
It was 17 degrees in Toronto today. It's still 14 right now. It's fantastic.
I found it weird as hell that right now it's so nice and cool, yet a week ago, there was a massive snowstorm.
A few days ago someone was going up church street on a motorcycle blasting Crazy Train.
it was 14c here yesterday after noon around 4
Friggin seasonal flu almost killed me this year. Bless the marvels of modern antiviral medicine. Caught it at work from a cunt who kept coughing his lungs out and not covering his mouth. So going to work with a bandana to cover my face and do it demonstratively every time I see the bastard.
Lost a sense of smell as well. Gonna be eating bland food for two weeks now xD.
Apparently there was a shooting at my school.
Shots fired with no one injured, thank god. I wasn't there because I have a last period spare and it happened around 2pm.
Holy FUCK it's windy outside.
My power has been out since midnight and only came back on an hour ago.
How terrible is downtown Toronto parking?

Depends on which are you're in. Sometimes you can bum off of a Loblaws parking lot if you're not gone for too long :v:

Yonge and Dundas area, pretty sure it's gonna be paid parking everywhere.

Green P street metres are $3/hour, max 3 hours, everything else is like at least $20/day except parking in a Ryerson parking lot. Here's their rates, no you don't need a permit for these: http://www.ryerson.ca/ubs/parking/vehicle/rates.html
Yes it's paid parking literally everywhere.

Gonna be parking for like 2 hours, the Green P meters seem to be the cheapest. Just gotta find where to park...
Filed my taxes, getting a decent return back, plus all those rebates.
Also I learned how the Ontario government is going to pay for that "free" tuition. They're going to do it by fucking everyone over on their taxes. They're eliminating tuition carry-over on tax returns from previous years, and I'm not sure but they may be eliminating being able to apply your tuition to your return at all. The lady at H&R Block made sure to tell me next year to apply as much of my tuition carry-over as I can and give the rest to my parents, since it all gets wasted if I don't.
Fuck Kathleen Wynne.
I think Christie Clarke is worse tbh.
Mostly because of the fucked up Liquor Laws she had passed.
Christie wanted to close a fucking bridge for yoga, don't forget about that stupid thing as well!
Took my bike out for the first time of the year and probably the last time ever since I'll be putting it up for sale soon.
Anyone want to buy a 2007 Suzuki GZ250? It's a bit banged up, but that's okay, it just means you can fall off it and not feel bad about hurting it. I know I didn't the 4 times I dropped it.
