I want to avoid Quebec, don't wanna cross the atlantic to speak french again. I was thinking the BC area, or maybe start with Yukon (using helpx).
Still not 100% decided tho.

Just come to Montreal in West Island, it's all Jews and English speakers
You know what they say about the west coast... it's the best coast.
Let the cross continental mud slinging begin! :v:
So a new cell phone carrier popped up..

Eastlink spent a lot of money getting their wireless service off the ground in Northern Ontario and the plans aren't really anything special. However, the service will apparently roam on both Bell and Rogers, so that's not awful if it's true.

I was hoping for cheap data so I could leave a wifi hotspot in my car for streaming around town, but I guess not.
So what is the average salary needed to be able to live (survive) in BC ?
If you want to live in an RV, $15K/year.
If you want a hotel room turned low income suite, $20K/year.
If you want an apartment, $45K/year.
If you want an apartment that's not in the basement of a Vancouver Special, $50K/year.
If you want a house, $112K/year.
My suggestion is look for someone willing to sublet a room in their apartment. There's a few people that do that and when I lived there it meant I only paid $500/month for a bedroom and shared common areas, plus I got to turn the back deck into a workshop once I sealed it up a little.
Thanks.
Its a lot better outside of Vancouver and Victoria though.

Varies per area, though a good scale into how much is the closer to Vancover the more expensive it gets.
So now the British Pound is garbage I shall take my strengthening Canadian Dollar and buy my own castle.
Thanks Brexit!

The GBP is higher now vs the CAD than it was last night. Last night it was at $1.75/ £, now it's $1.79/ £.
Brexit just in time for me to get the fuck outta here.

I'll try not to. Just waiting to talk to the doctor about my results now.
He says I have a high heart rate. They want to run more tests and gave me meds to calm me down because of it. The meds are supposed to help with anxiety. So far they're not.
Cigarettes help.
Cigarettes help.
"Hey Doc, should I take up smoking to help with my anxiety about being in hospitals?"
I'm sure he'd be thrilled to hear that question.

And there's no jobs.
Out of the hospital. The only idea for what the pain I went in for was/is caused by is muscle pain, as suggested by the Nurse Practitioner. But, based on the tests they ran, it's not cancer, broken ribs, or a heart attack.
The meds didn't help my anxiety, music helped much more.
And there's no jobs.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news but this company is likely to take your money and not deliver. There's a DSLReports thread on Chill and it's not looking pretty.

If it has anything to do with Arrhythmia, I have a friend with that and he's in the army and can run for more kilometers then I care to count so you'll be fine.
If not, I have that once in a while, I actually have a really bad problem with acid reflux and sometimes my esophagus tightens up and has spasms and the symptoms and feelings are the exact same as a heart attack minus the deadly danger of said heart attack.
