It snowed this morning. By lunch time I was eating lunch on the patio in the warm sun and wearing shorts. Its now midnight and -2. Vancouver you cray.
I went to Toronto for a week to do some training for work. Holy shit was the weather nice all week. On Friday night, we finished the last training class and drove back to North Bay. We had heavy rain and constant lightning the whole way, then I had to drive back from rural North Bay to Sudbury in more freezing rain, I ended up home at around 2am. I can't remember the last time we got this much rain in February, usually it's still dipping into the -25C area this time of year.
We're still in February and it's almost 20° outside!
My morning alarm clock was an exploding seagull. Stupid birds.
I was in toronto for the weekend with my friends and saw the auto show and got sloshed, was fun Also the alcohol laws are cray, alcohol stores close at 9?????????

I don't believe that) according to the government site, but most private ones close at 11.
That's so wack to me, i can just buy beer whenever i want to in my state Though i guess you just need to plan accordingly or just stockpile Still a lot of fun tho. I would honestly live in Toronto if i had the chance Also, while my friends and i were drunk we tried to find a shawarma/kebab place to eat at so we just walked into the first one we saw. Honestly the best shawarma I've ever eaten. I wish i could remember the name

Used to be 11, but in like 2015 they changed it to 10. Bastards. This is why I brew my own, so I can have booze whenever I want.
really depends on the state and county you are in. here, you can sell alcohol till 2:30 am but most liquor stores close before that (latest i've seen is 11 pm). groceries can't sell liquor but can sell beer, and for some reason pharmacies can sell liquor. also on sunday you can't sell alcohol until 1 pm. alcohol laws are weird
fyi you gotta renew every 5 years.

Q. Does my Serving It Right certificate expire? A. Yes, the Serving It Right certificate does expire. If you received your Serving It Right certificate before September 15, 2015, your certification is still valid and will expire September 15, 2020
BAM licensed 2010. Also if I still need that license by 2020 I really need to reconsider my life choices.

It's still under 0 here. In fact they predicted at least -5, -15 this week. I wish the thick-ass ice fucked off but I guess I'll have to live with it for 1 more week.
It's 10 degrees here. I hope it stays this high for a few days, I'm planning on using the temperature outdoors to temperature control my sake I'm brewing, and ideally it should be around 10-13 degrees.
So its snowing, my weather station reports its 7 degrees out, and the sun is shining. #Canada
Same here, light flurries after 3 straight days of around 5 degree weather.
JESUS SHIT AT LEAST 2 FEET OF SNOW FELL OVERNIGHT FUCK OFF WINTER!!
Winter is making a final push.
Its better than last year in Vancouver where we didn't go below 0 all winter.
Fuking -35 with windchill at -45. Not though enough
it's -38 here with wind chill Yesterday it snowed like hell froze over the day before it was warm enough to melt What the fuck nature?
I got accepted in Laurier with an option to take my law degree in the university of Sussex, england. Should i do it?
The whole degree in England? If so just be aware that if you need to pay tuition fees in England, they can be quite high.

OH FOR FUCK SAKE, -41 WITH WINDCHILL TONIGHT AND TOMMOROW ALL DAY!
I waited at the Park Royal bus stop for 3 hours for a 250 or a 257 to show up. What a bum day.
Well my Corolla is dead, but I managed to find an echo that only needed minor repairs for 400$ so it was a good day
