I hear it's going to be +8 on Monday.
It wasn't too cold today, but fall is ending slightly early
-3 here. No snow, but the wind will chill you to the bone.
I have my window open.

took me about 5 hours just to get from york uni to oakville yesterday. ridiculous.
So someone at work recognized Geel's facepunch app (well, the logo at least) :v:
-snip-
Fuck, that scared me. It kept saying I was IP banned, but then I shut the chrome extension I have for getting the american netflix here and now it's fine.
I would avoid those types of free extensions at all cost. They're free because they work both ways. So if someone wants Canadian Netflix or something, their connection would be going through your computer. Not to mention, your connection was going through some random guy's computer when the extension is active. I setup a vpn on my Linux server in the US, which works for everything except for Hulu, which blocks my server provider's IP range. Decent VPN services are like, $4 a month. I'm not normally an extremely paranoid person with security, but holy shit it's a really bad idea to run that extension. If you wouldn't run a Tor exit node, don't use those extensions.
I didn't know that. I'll probably invest in a vpn soon. Can't be too much of a hassle to get going.
You've never truly felt what its like to be in canada till your hair starts freezing due to how cold it is outside.
You've never truly felt what its like to be in canada till your hair starts freezing due to how cold it is outside.
I know your pain, I usually shower in the mornings before I head out and my hair becomes an ice block

Its snowing in Vancouver!
Its snowing in Vancouver!
Yeah I went to go let my dog outside and all of a sudden it starts to snow. Fuck I hope the roads are going to be ok tomorrow.
All the buses up and down Lonsdale have been shut down. Much to the chagrin of everyone waiting around in Lonsdale Quay mwahahahaha.
Do you guys like the snow or would you prefer it if only the temperature changed?
Snow is great.
Snow is evil, I use to remember when it came down in waves when I was younger, now it just seems like snow is dying :(
I like snow, but I hate ice/slush, the only thing that happens in Halifax during the winter.
How bad is the snow at your guys places?
How bad is the snow at your guys places?
It all melted now. It was pretty bad last week, then it hit 15 degrees and the snow fucked off.
I think the lowest it got at my area was like 4 degrees, I remember when I was younger it would get like -30 degrees, those were the worst days.
This is a day late but how did everyone's car (if you drive) look when it snowed? I awoke to this. [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/16349584/IMG_0557.JPG[/t] (ice was under the snow, hurt my hand when I tried wiping it off)
My car didn't have too much snow on it, it just has a nasty habit of condensation on the inside of the windshield
I remember when we had the blizzard, I didn't see my car....
