PoutineFest was great.
level 2 water restrictions placed on metro vancouver. THANKS NESTLE.
It's time everyone in the world got together and began to agree that lawns are stupid, and to begin replacing them either with fruit/vegetable gardens or just gravel for people who can't be bothered
I'm running through the Canadian Tire and Home Depot catalogue for cordless drills. Any suggestions for such?
At my last job the Milwaukee drills seemed to be the best. The DeWalt's were okay, but didn't have much of a battery life.
What I'm not looking forward to this month: The traffic from the Pan Am Games. It might not be so bad right guys??? What I'm looking forward to this month: my birthday and I'm gonna go figure something out on what to do that day.

Black and Decker has a 20v Lithium ion drill kit pretty cheap that comes with the drill, a bag and a bunch of bits. I've been using it for my Car PC project, which required drilling through 3mm steel in a couple places with a step bit. Didn't have any problems. Otherwise, Dewalt has a drill and 1/4" drive impact combo pack which is pretty nice. You can get that at Canadian Tire, Amazon, TSC and some other places. I'd trust that more than I trust mine.

It's like walking around in Beijing in Vancouver today. So much smoke.
It's like walking around in Beijing in Vancouver today. So much smoke.
Were only about 1/beijing atm its when we get up to 4 that we have to worry. Also we have taken drastic steps to help the situation by hiring ONE water bomber to bolster the ZERO we already had. I think these budget cuts are ridiculous, the money should come out of politicians paychecks first and not emergency services.
First Steve shuts down our coast guard, now they shut down our water bombers. God damnit Steve.
it's so hot recently!

Humidity must have been high today. Looked like a fog over the city.
It's about time it started feeling like summer in Toronto, the only problem is the asshole bus driver on my way home had the AC turned off and it made me feel ill, which prevented me from reading.
I prefer AstroTurf.
I see you're gunning for your lawn to be the next women's world cup venue
I prefer no lawns parents had monster lawns and too damn big gardens growing up and they were a pain in the arse to take care of.
What's a good Canadian online delivery service for electronics? Amazon.ca has kind of boated prices compared to its .com counterpart
I see you're gunning for your lawn to be the next women's world cup venue
I live in Kamloops. Green, weedless grass doesn't exist for more than five or so weeks a year. The rest of the time it's basically a fire hazard or too soggy to do anything.
What's a good Canadian online delivery service for electronics? Amazon.ca has kind of boated prices compared to its .com counterpart
if only the exchange rates were not fucked
Whooo thunderstorm!
if only the exchange rates were not fucked
If I recall it was still higher priced for us even when we were at par.

Gotta max those USD to CAD.
