My brother got two blood clots in his leg and to treat it will cost about 9k for 6 months.
Bloody Canada Post. I had a shipment arriving today that needed signature, the delivery guy didn't even ring the doorbell and just left a delivery attempt notice. Now I have to pick it up today after work on my way to my other work.
Where were you?
Holy shit.
Smoke rolled in early this morning and when I woke up half an hour ago I couldn't see the mountains across the valley.
Day 2: Washington state is still dankin' it up.

Radio has been banging off all afternoon that Vancouver got FUCKED_UP by the wind today.
Everyone except for my block of apartments lost power apparently.
Benefits of living next door to emergency services.

They go and buy cold beer from me.

I wish I took photo's but there was a tree which fell and was being supported by the power lines and then another power line which actually fell onto the road.
I was driving home from work and there was even more damage and tree branches all over the high way.
We got fucked up.
Since when did CBC Radio 1 play Radiolab episodes? I had a long drive for work today and I was in a truck without an aux jack. Then CBC started playing the awesome Football episode of Radiolab. Fucking sweet, made the drive that much more enjoyable.

I would love some 7 degree weather. Had another heat wave blast by Toronto and the humidity / smog was bad enough to turn an otherwise clear sky completely white.

Canada is in a recession how fun thanks Harper.
Between Liberal and NDP, who would be the better pick?
The one that has the better chance of winning perhaps?
I love Canada's politicos because it's like picking your poison, you still fucking die at the end.

Any pick is pretty bad at this point. I don't agree with any party fully but it's what you're willing to sacrafice vs what you think is important.
Now that school's back in session we should do a Toronto meet up.
