Any thoughts on this website? I just came across it (it basically tells you who you should vote for so your vote isn't wasted on a party member who doesn't have a chance to get elected for your district). http://www.strategicvoting.ca/alldistricts.php
anybody here have experience working with Elections Canada? just got signed up to be an electoral officer
Have they given you the Steadler eraser, pencil and instructions on how to identify the Conservative Part of Canada on someone's ballot yet?
Dammit, someone almost disposed of Harper last night. Come on guys. You can't let him get away like that.
Lol wtf is up with rogers, I text from Niagara falls or to Niagara falls and I end up getting charged roaming fees because they log me as being in the fucking states but I can speak on the phone with Angus when my package only covers calls in Quebec iirc without getting charged anything at all???

Also if you got roaming charges, go complain to Rogers and explain the situation. And if your plan only has Quebec-wide calling, then that's pretty stupid and you should either get a better plan with Canada-wide calling, or use Rogers One Number where you can use it to do unlimited Canada wide calling and people would know it's your number (basically it's VoIP that uses your phone number).
I just went for the cheapest package, I don't make enough money or use my cellphone enough to justify Canada-wide calling or a data plan.
I get the same issues when I get close to the border in White Rock. The highway 1 curve just outside Abbotsford is famous for suddenly thinking I'm the states some 2km away. There must be a deflector or some shit the US carriers aren't adjusting and you hit the overlap zone.
The smoked meat @ Schwartz in Montreal is soooo good
The smoked meat @ Schwartz in Montreal is soooo good
That meat was shaved off the asses of the Greek Gods. It's so good.
Gotta love how all of the PC candidate signs here openly condemn bill C-51. Guess he puts the fact that he's Pakistani over the whole conservative party thing. I did my civic duty in voting Harper out of government.
I'm sick.
I'm sick.
Sucks. I might be getting sick, and I have midterms next week.
A lot of people around Toronto with the cold / getting sick. Somehow I've managed to avoid it all so far.
A lot of people around Toronto with the cold / getting sick. Somehow I've managed to avoid it all so far.
Same here, probably because I'm way north in Markham, away from the illnesses and various other things that lurk in downtown.
Half the office has been sick over the past few weeks as well, I seem to have escaped untouched by whatever's going around.
I missed the registration deadline.
Fuck Eglinton and it's cuntstruction. Almost died twice on it due to confused drivers today.
Fuck Eglinton and it's cuntstruction. Almost died twice on it due to confused drivers today.
I avoid that section like a plague, trying to go to a classmate's place last year. Uh nope. Never again.
I've deployed my third ADS-B aircraft receiver and my first AIS maritime receiver. About to turn on a trunked tracking system for listening to the RCMP (I hope it isn't encrypted) on my local network. Yay data collection. I'm listening to you.
Some police channels are open to public, eg, the traffic accident channel.

They encrypted us up here a few years ago.

Blue Jays woohoo!
Just gonna ignore the poor behavior from some fans like the person that decided to throw their $10 can of beer which hit someone at the front stands.
I'm from Vancouver, am I cool yet?
North Shore or bust.
