I actually did trace the packets back to that site but I couldn't get it to re-send the packets correctly. How did you go about it?

Ah, thanks for the helpful program. I captured the packs with wireshark and tried to resend them using bit-twist or something of the sort, but there was 8 different formats with the same extension and they didn't want to agree.
Also, I have de-activated the voting server for now as long as she stays in the lead

I was thinking that, I remember some kid had his mom's pie shop or something in a contest and everyone spam voted and they got disqualified.
