Smiles per gallon are worth their weight in gold.

Which is odd. And I take good care of my car and keep an eye on things, changing the various fluids as required and shit, and I've not noticed anything odd. So it's just stuck on. This was after I had to replace the upstream O2 sensor, except I didn't [I]technically[/I] replace it since I had to have mr buffman straightcrush do it for me (gosh was that attractive) its a Honda CRV tho so it's effectively indestructible, the thing has been across the US literally 8 times and has never needed major maintenance

i drive an 03 accord ex manual. it's nice and the owner maintained it well, plus i got it for a bargain ($2k) it's beige though and i hate beige. i really want to paint it a different color but for now i'll deal w/ it

Managed to sneak it out at 2am and it's like a new car. I was having fuel pressure problems for so long and it was just the fucking manifold vaccum line that was the problem. All that time and effort and it was 25 cents worth of rubber hose that was to blame. Oh well, at least the car's in good health again.

I regret not learning to drive while I was younger, when I had time and the financial support to do so I was too scared of cars and of how I could possibly fuck up that I just didn't want to get in the driver's seat.
