I honestly don't know why I played TF2 so much. I was never any good at it and never really had fun after the initial thrill.
Overwatch got boring so fast
KSP is the only game worth playing
I still enjoy Overwatch casually. It's the kind of game I'll just get an itch to play every so often and matches are quick enough where I can usually get my fill in a short amount of time. It's one of the few competitive multiplayer games I can stand to play.
Games are for nerds ,he says, still working on the final draft of his Doom map.
KSP is great, but so is Nethack (i.e. as close as you can get to the original roguelike). Its hard as bowling balls and is a long haul sorta game. Its fun, can run on a toaster and will be non-ironically dark souls level hard but fair. Also you'll need the wiki else you die an early death.

I honestly can't tell if that's a real picture or a screen from a game

[editline]20th November 2017[/editline] Say is it actually missing the front windscreen? :v:
Overwatch was fun for a lil. Than all my friends stopped playing. It's amazing how boring a game can get after that happens.
Overwatch was fun for a lil. Than all my friends stopped playing. It's amazing how boring a game can get after that happens.
Most any game can be fun with friends. I love Terarria, but it's kind of a slog when you're by yourself. Same with Minecraft.
I keep playing a bunch of Terraria, then I manage to die and lose my items and stop playing for months. I'm only on medium difficulty but it has a really fucking obtuse system where your items despawn when you save and quit. I've never seen another game do that. So if you get frustrated and want to stop playing for a while, sorry, fuck you, have to keep playing or you lose dozens of hours of grinding progress.
I bought Terraria years ago and I've never played it, maybe I should give it a whirl.

Mediumcore makes you lose your items unless you manage to get back to them. This is what stuff like flying piggybanks are for.
Mediumcore is stupid. Softcore or Hardcore are the only ones that are worth playing IMO.
wiping his tears with enormous wads of lootbox cash
the devs aren't getting lootbox cash, trust me. in most cases the lootbox shit is executives making decisions to lock content behind paywalls (think a recent NFS game did this), which probably sucks as a dev. I'd find it soul-draining, and then you'd have to get community hate too.
KSP is the only game worth playing
yes, it's all fun until you start going crazy with mods. once I installed KOS and started forcing myself to script mission plans, though, i realized i was just doing something damn near what i do at work and (as much as i enjoy work) i'd rather not make KSP work-like, too speaking of work: delivery for hardware scheduled for launch is due before the end of this week. not exactly like they'll reschedule the launch either, so we're at max capacity trying to get this complete, tested, and ISS-ready by the end of the week. But now I can say I've touched something that went to / is on the ISS :D [editline]20th November 2017[/editline] also ill be getting my first mission patch, which is heckin cool. it was designed through a contest NASA ran, so tons of designers and artists got to submit patch designs for NASA
Yeah I know, but afaik there's no way to change the gamemode after you've started so I'm just fucked
You can use a 3rd party character editor if you really want to change it
The only time you should get mad at video games is when some mindless morons clog up the american plane queue in War Thunder. [editline]20th November 2017[/editline] I say when I have had games ruin my day and make me cry.

But it came with all of it in the back. The only things actually missing from the truck is the steering box and column, and the driveline. But i want to swap in something anyway so that's actually a selling feature for me. So a couple of weeks ago, I splashed water in my computer and I heard a bunch of popping followed by a black screen and no response. Thankfully, my best friend had a spare computer that he mailed me all the way from San Antonio to here in Washington. It's good to be back and I don't know what'd I'd do without a friend like him :v:.
Can you like stab the tire to let the air out?
i've read that some of the failiures happen when the pressure inside the tire rapidly changes on an old and rusted out rim. And that the pressure being released is the major agent that was actually keeping the seal between the two parts together, as it pushed the two rim sections away from each other. So as the pressure changes quickly, the stress releasing from the bead will cause it to warp, and any particularly deteriorated parts will open up, at which point you basically have a boiler explosion scenario. Albeit on a much smaller scale. So poking a hole in the tire is basically exactly what not to do. Though if it does fail the inside blows inwards, but i dont want to launch a 30 pound steel disc against the frame with 30,000 pounds of kinetic force either. I think what i'm going to do is either just take a pair of bolt cutters to the valve and let the pressure drop real slowly. Worst case scanario there's a loud bang and my frame takes a hit. Alternately i can just replace the rear end as gently as i can with a ford 8.8 inch, and gently roll the old rear end into a corner of the yard and let it sit there until the tires run flat, then scrap the whole thing.

Just ignore the problem until it goes away or explodes :v:
I can see it now. Months from now at 2 am there'll just be two explosions one after another, as one wheel finally lets go and sets off the other. Realtalk though, these things can sit forever and not go. I think i'm just going to have to cut the valve stem off and run away until the tire's flat. Edit: Just checked the service manual, and it says very clearly "Caution: Ensure the ring is seated correctly, do not stand in front of the ring while inflating" They fucking knew. That does mean it's safer to deflate though.
