I love anything between medium-rare and rare.
I used to eat well done because I was super paranoid about getting some kind of illness or something if it wasn't cooked thoroughly.
I started eating medium well recently tho and it's good.
like I know I should eat steak at medium rare or whatever but regardless if its rare or well done steak is super bland to me unless its been seasoned a shit ton. i've had a lot of steak even from 'nice' restaurants and i always just end up smothering it in steak sauce anyway??
