• Piercing the ears of young children

As a cultural thing in India, girls get their ears pierced at a fairly young age since their nerve ends haven't developed there all that much
I'm pointing out that it's retarded and degrading to the child. That's just the way I see it. >.>
You seeing it as degrading doesn't matter. If it doesn't cause considerable social, mental or physical harm it doesn't matter, at all. Like I said, getting a haircut that a few people don't like, and having your hair pulled for a split second is just as 'bad'. [editline]31st January 2011[/editline] In fact, if your argument were logical, then people shouldn't be gay because some people consider it "degrading".

Putting a tiny hole in someone's ear is okay, because it will heal and doesn't hurt too much. Cutting a piece of someone's dick off isn't okay, because it will never heal and hurts like a motherfucker when it happens. It's really that simple--don't even compare them.
How do you sircumsize girl?

Oh come the fuck on, I brought my niece to get her ears pierced when she was less than a year old, she stopped crying after the first 2 minutes and now she doesn't even remember it. Same thing with my dick getting cut, yeah I have a little scar but I don't remember it at all. It must've hurt like a bitch but when you're less than a day old, why bother? Also I appreciate my parents making sure I don't have a tube-snake. Women appreciate that.
It is not accurate to accuse me of piercing children's ears. Rather, children pierce my ears. WITH THEIR HORRIBLE VOICES AUUUUUUUGH As you can tell I would be an excellent parent.
;27767716'] And I didn't even want it done, still don't want my earrings but mum bitches at me to keep em in ._.
What kind of mother is that? Tell her to fuck off.
how is giving a cell phone to a 10 year old bad? that's like the prime area where children are abducted
That's what GPS tracking implants are for! :)

Well, not really, male circumcision is good when it's done in order to remove phimosis, female circumcision is plain unnecesary in all cases [editline]31st January 2011[/editline] Thread topic: I won't force my children to have their ears pierced. When they grow up they'll decide by themselves
I've had my ears pierced since I was a child. A toddler, even. And it's something that you grow up with and you're used to it. I can't imagine NOT having my ears pierced :3:
The problem doesn't lie with the pain but with the fact that parents treat their children like fashion accessories
But from what I've noticed, a lot of kids ask for their ears to be pierced.
It's like giving a ten year old a cell phone.
I got my first cell phone when I went to school, I was 7 at that time. I wouldn't say it was stupid at all. Of course at first I mostly used it to call my parents, but it gave me a lot of freedom to have hobbies and go visit friends. The phone was cheap, and I was taught to take care of my stuff and so I did. It is actually quite common to give 7-10 year olds cellphones here in Finland. Generally they take care of them quite well, although there are exceptions.
My little cousin has pierced ears, but she asked for it herself

Ear peircing isn't really that painful but I still find it creepy when people do it to toddlers. I had mine peirced the first time when I was 12 (they got infected because I lost the cleaning lotion while moving house, so I let them close up.) and again when I was 18. A toddler however has no real say in the matter. I don't think it's cruel or anything but it is a bit strange.
Ear piercings don't really hurt. At all. It's a mild sting for 2-3 seconds wtf. I had one done when I was like 12-13 - I decided it was retarded like 2 years later and it's completely gone now.
Ear piercings don't really hurt. At all. It's a mild sting for 2-3 seconds wtf.
I don't have any piercings, but I heard from a female friend that it hurts as much as tearing off a Band-Aid, if not less painful. In my opinion, I think the parents should wait until the girl is about eight or nine, then they can let them get one piercing in each of their ears. If the girl wants to get other piercings, then she can do so when she is eighteen.
Also I appreciate my parents making sure I don't have a tube-snake. Women appreciate that.
Keep telling yourself that. They really don't care either way. Unless they're jewish or something idk

However, at least here in Europe it's normal to not be circumcised and women really don't care either way. As long as your dick is kept clean it doesn't matter.
Keep telling yourself that. They really don't care either way. Unless they're jewish or something idk
if you live in a orthodox jewish family and were raised that way jews aint gonna giv a fuk
He's just trying to make himself feel better for getting something very minute done which he didn't have a choice in (guys, it doesn't matter if you have an uncut dick or not)
funnily enough the people who worry about how their dick is cut, are worrying for the wrong sex to give a fuck. the only people who care how a dick is cut are the people bitching about it and some gay people
Ear piercings are stupid anyway. You're hanging pieces of rock on your ears, it's like nail polish, it's just a coat of paint on your body, I can understand tattoos, it's actually a drawing, but nail polish... I honestly can't stop thinking of women who use them dancing around a fireplace sacrificing goats to the great Lord Baal. I can tolerate light nail polish but those full-on red ones.... Make-up, though, that's acentuating the facial traits that people consider attracting, the other examples I gave are like wearing a disco ball on top of your head. It's painful, takes a bunch of effort and time, is purposeless, and yet, we like looking at it.
I got my ears pierced when I was like 4 or 5. Didn't hurt at all. It's not that big a deal unless you know your kid has a low tolerance for pain. I don't wear earrings like... EVER anymore but for some reason, the piercings haven't sealed. It's been a good ten years since I've worn any sort of earring.
That's affirmative action for you. Well, not really, male circumcision is good when it's done in order to remove phimosis, female circumcision is plain unnecesary in all cases
If it's done at all, even as action against extreme phimosis, it isn't justified. The non-American treatment is a steroid cream applied for a few weeks, it loosens up the muscle and basically fixes the problem. Circumcision is a surgery that isn't really justified.

Only one thing:
it loosens up the muscle and basically fixes the problem
It's a skin cover as far as I know
