Yes and I would contribute.
I say no because the Ask a Janitor Anything is a one in a hundred thread. I think we'd get some awesome and informative threads, but most of them would end up being "Ask a gamer anything" or "Ask a highschool student anything", you get the point. But I'd liked to be proved wrong in this and I am outvoted anyway, so it's worth a try.

I voted 'not interested' based on the formula of most prior threads. Those aren't worth a subforum.
I think a more refined version of that concept could be interesting. Instead of "Ask me about X" , it should be "Q&A: X" .. so if there's a "Q&A: Cars" thread, then there can be multiple people answering questions on the subject (and this formula would be compatible with the usual threads we've seen in the past)
