flash hider or barrel? the barrel just kind of comes out when you disassemble the gun.
The barrel extension.
The barrel extension.
The little part that sticks out of the barrel? I'm not even sure if the Dboys SCAR-H has one, I'm pretty sure that's part of the barrel itself.
isnt yours a long barrel though?
My barrel extension was machined for me by Ender. It's a SCAR17S currently, I modeled it after my civilian SCAR.
ahh, alright.
What bearings should I buy for my CM040? I think it uses the CYMA 2b gearbox and I don't know what size bushings it uses. Also clandestineairsoft is always out of stock help how do I get pistons+piston heads, cylinder heads, sorbopads, gears and motors.
7mm stick with the stock metal bushings they're fine

Not sure about the other stuff. I know Hivemind has some nice parts, but they're mainly for ARs.
How do I go about removing the orange flash hider from my G36 barrel extension? It has a little pin that seems to be super glued in a hole through the plastic flash hider and the outer barrel, preventing me from just twisting the flash hider off. It's not an allen screw, how do I get it out?

Can hicapas take 1911 grips? I'm really considering building one as a sidearm. That or maybe gtting the SRC Five-seveN when it comes out I have no money, why do I plan these things omg

Also there is nothing on hivemind that I need god dangit. I want to use my sorbopad with a better cylinder head, as well as the fact that I plan on upgrading to LiPo soon and when I do my stock slotted bushings are probably gonna cause some problems so I'm just gonna get some decent solid ones, no bearings.
I heard you just boil the flash hider, and I'm guessing you can push the pin out once the glue is boiled off.
Push the pin from the outside so that it falls into the barrel? I can see the other side of the pin from the inside of the barrel, but I don't think I have the tool sufficient to push it out.
Can hicapas take 1911 grips?
No. The HiCapa grip is the entirety of the lower frame
Small Screwdriver + Hammer, place on hole, hit back of screwdriver with hammer. Will shock it free and it'll come out. I cut mine(flashhider) off with some pliars and a knife but we may have different models.
single stack 1911 > hi capa these are facts.
Speaking of 1911s, can I fit real steel Hogue grips on my WE 1911 Single-stack?
single stack 1911 > hi capa these are facts.
Not if you like anything related to performance in any way.

Don't get the imax charger along with the smaller things or else the shipping will skyrocket. I ordered the small stuff from HobbyKing and the shipping went all the way down to $5.99 then I ordered the Thunder AC6 (Cotton and dwt have this model (and Kath)) from HobbyPartz and I saved a good amount of money. http://www.hobbypartz.com/thac6smbachw.html Other than that I ordered the same deans and battery, now I just wait the long wait for them to come in. My charger has already shipped out from CA, I live in MA so that'll probably be around a week.
I have the AC6 and I love it
What is the point of having ball bearings on the pistonhead? Wouldn't just a ball bearing spring guide perform just as well?
Push the pin from the outside so that it falls into the barrel? I can see the other side of the pin from the inside of the barrel, but I don't think I have the tool sufficient to push it out.
Just get some pliers and twist it off
What is the point of having ball bearings on the pistonhead? Wouldn't just a ball bearing spring guide perform just as well?
there is none they just make it super heavy this is why i tell everyone to take off their pistonhead bearings
Just get some pliers and twist it off
You sure I don't need to worry about that pin which I can see going straight through it to the inside of the barrel? Which way? (don't let this be like last time :I)

That or maybe gtting the SRC Five-seveN when it comes out I have no money, why do I plan these things omg
Certain Hicapas can, such as the WE 1911 styled hicapas that have the frame built in with the grip, but they don't take Hogue or wrap-around grips.
So I got my GP M16a1 and went to go shoot it but when I did the bb would take a hard drop at around 100'. My battery was barely charged so I don't know wether that was the cause of it or is it that the gun isn't broken in yet or has excessive silicon on it or what. The weight bb I was using was. 25g. What do you guys think is the reason it is dropping hard at such close distances?
You sure I don't need to worry about that pin which I can see going straight through it to the inside of the barrel? Which way? (don't let this be like last time :I)
Twist it clockwise hard and the pin will pop out.
