Two of my KJW P226 mags are having an issue where they seem to only accept enough gas for about five shots before running out. Anybody know how to fix them?
take the bottom pins out remove the mag base lube and teflon tape
It's not leaking at all. I start filling it with gas and it stops flowing almost immediately.
check the gun's internals, my 1911 had an o ring that was partially flipped and not sealing at all.
That's probably not the case, as the gun functions properly with the third mag, which coincidentally is slightly leaky but has been mended with teflon tape. As stated, the mag stops taking gas almost immediately but gives no signs of leaking.
KJW P226 mags are absolute garbage that's why i've had four and they've all sprung a massive leak within a month of buying them
I have this problem too with my M9 mag.

i wouldn't if i were you also use at least .25
Does this Lonex gearbox fit on a VFC HK417? http://www.airsoftstore.ca/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=75:bd8daa0c2f8ab979a4deaee445ce4ca2 I was going to upgrade all the internals (stock comes with only a m130 spring and I hear that the reshimming by VFC isn't all that great) so I might as well get this if it saves me the trouble of installing everything separately. Was going to also add in a Lonex m150 spring and a Lonex A2 titan motor.
no the 417 has a weird gearbox design, like a non-split xcr one [editline]11th March 2013[/editline]
Oh okay. Would the parts still fit though? [t]http://i.imgur.com/Bs6rCwB.png[/t] That's what I have picked out so far for my VFC HK417 350c. Anything else I need?
why m150
why m150
Making it a DMR. The rifle's huge, can't use it to lug around quickly.
Making it a DMR. The rifle's huge, can't use it to lug around quickly.
M150 is a bit overkill though. You don't need that much power behind a DMR.
and completely wrong gears for an m150 [editline]11th March 2013[/editline] fuck automerge
I'm thinking of getting an G&G M14 but I'm not sure if it's a good idea. Problem is, it's a battle rifle and I'm probably going to be assaulting with it a lot. Is the shape and size of the gun going to be a problem if I plan on running around with it like crazy? Would having an assault rifle or an SMG make it significantly easier? It doesn't matter if the difference is marginal since I really dig everything else about the M14. I'm going to be playing in a woodland environment. edit: i should mention that i'm 6"3 (191cm) and decently strong (for nerd standards anyway)
Where can i find some BB grenades that won't go off in my hand?

Woodsballing with an M14 is no problem at all, and the G&G's are particularly great. Just invest in a nice quality 2-point sling and .25-.28 bb's and you shouldn't have problems. Running around with it will be challenging, but you'll have fantastic range for a stock gun so you'll end up making people come to you if they want to hit you. Once you're more comfortable you can invest in some work on your barrel/hopup, and then really be able to outshoot people and balance out the size issue.
Battery: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__17287__Turnigy_nano_tech_1300mah_2S_25_50C_Lipo_AIRSOFT_Pack.html Charger: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__5548__IMAX_B6_Charger_Discharger_1_6_Cells_GENUINE_.html Deans: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__11961__Nylon_T_Connectors_10_Pairs_20pc_.html Anything else I'll need to get such as shrink tubing, a power supply and whatnot? Also I'm getting everything from one place, I'd rather not pay two shipping costs.

Plus if you get an AC6 (or the BC-AC if you want to go with imax) you won't need to go out buying a power supply, everything you need comes with it. For shrink tubing you can get that cheap at hardware stores and see what your buying rather than basing it off product descriptions, and you can pick up anything else you need while your there.
Well my AEG finally died. I have a gas MAC10 but its not enough to play on alone, its my sidearm. I really want a bolt action sniper rifle, either gas or spring, and it has to be <$150. Scope not necessary nor is a bipod, I care about the gun more. I found some results online but would rather hear your guys' opinion first Edit; I do like this one but I don't trust amazon reviewers http://www.amazon.com/Well-Tactical-Airsoft-Sniper-3-9x32/dp/B003N9SZ2A/ref=pd_sbs_sg_7
whats wrong with your aeg?
whats wrong with your aeg?
Motor died and switch died on the inside. I could probably fix it but to be honest it was pretty shitty and I don't think it is worth the effort. Rather get a new gun, and I've always wanted a sniper but wanted to try the hobby first
