Stabbed for free!
:words:
man I love London, I used to live there and I travel there a lot now, I always loved the cunts in the streets and all that. It meant that country people stayed in the country
You get to drink tea daily while wearing a tophat and a monocle.
Scotland being just North is enough reason to move to England. England is just flat and bland in comparison. :scotland:
I just came back from Scotland, I was there for 10 days, the place is beautiful, you dont get those hills and castles in North America
Basically, England's a bit shit, but so's everywhere else.
Look at this southern ponce whining on the internet Here we go, an approximate bill of all the health related things I have received for free from the government (from what I remember, there are probably more) with a reasonable estimated cost of the price in America; Tetanus shot (£20) TB jab (£40) x4 flu jabs (£80) Complete Hepatitis A immunisation course (£230) Emergency call out with transport to A&E (£120) Emergency treatment for dislocated knee whilst in A&E (£650) Emergency call out with treatment on site (£300) Emergency call out with transport to A&E (£120) Xray of knee (£70) 5x consultations with a general practitioner (£500) First professional consultation with Orthopaedic doctor (£180) Xray of knee (£70) Second Orthopaedic consultation (£180) Surgery on left knee (£2200) Hospital stay during surgery (£700) Drug prescriptions (£200) Physiotherapy (£200) Third Orthopaedic consultation (£180) Xray of knee (£70) Surgery on right knee (£2200) Hospital stay during surgery (£700) Drug prescriptions (£200) Physiotherapy (£200) Fourth Orthopaedic consultation (£180) Xray of knee (£70) x3 Orthodontist consultation (£300) Braces (£300) x16 Optician consultation (£1120) Glasses (£120) Tests for Glaucoma (£200) 17x Dentist visits (£1020) 6x fillings (£360) Tooth pulled (£120) I could go on, but I think you get the idea. I'm sure once I have a full time job that pays more than £6k a year I will start paying taxes, but I have a thirteen grand head start on them, not even counting for the cost of my primary and secondary school education, the various grants and bursaries I have received at University and the cost of other Public Services such as the fire and police. In short, shut up.
You posted in my topic <3
London's great for a visit but I probably wouldn't recommend living there. York is nice. Also depending on where you lived in America, you might have to get used to some very late/early sunsets and sunrises.
If you into history, then it is amazing over here, with all the stereotypical "The sun says England is shit so I believe it" crap floating aroundyou probably are put off, not many chavs where I am from, although the few that there are don't have the brains to hold the right end of the knife so thats a bonus. other than that, visit Weymouth and the surrounding area, only visit London never live their, don't be put down by anyone who mocks your accent (If it exists anywhere in the world, the British will usually find a way to despise it)and if you re young enough The Duke of Edinburgh's Award gets you out and about in the countryside.

England is a great place, there are the shoddy areas but usually you don't ever need to go near them. Most chavs etc hang around in their council estates and the parks around them. Best thing to do is stay on the street at night, I usually encounter what most people called chavs but they are not as bad as the asshats who hang around the back of a supermarket or in a children's park at night. England has a lot of pluses and negatives, no other country is perfect, but parts in that country can be awesome and full of nice people. People I see usually walking around here usually say hi. Hell more than once have people said hi to me when I was walking my dog and ended up having a short conversation with them. Anyways i'm sure if any chav did approach you, you would walk away. also Pete Doherty is a rock star who did drugs and smoked everyday. What were you expecting teeth cleaner and brighter than a Hollywood star's?
"You Brits have bad teeth" LOIKE FUUUCK! They're just tea-stained :v: Oh, and there's no such thing as "a British accent". Our accents range massively, as they do in the US, best way of showing that is through our comedians, I reckon; Russel Howard (from Bristol, as he bangs on about constantly) Rodd Gilbert ("I'M FROM WAAAALES!") Peter Kay (Lancashire - kinda' up North, from my perspective) Frankie Boyle (from Glasgow) Dara O'Brian (from Southern Ireland) Eddie Izzard (essentially colonial English) Bill Bailey (also southwest) Tim Minchin (Northhampton) Matt Berry (???) It's awful, don't even bother. The only good things are the comedians. I want to move.
My girlfriend has Virgin and they get the movie and sports channels for no extra cost, as well as having an on-demand function that totally blows Sky's "Anytime" (or whatever it is called) out of the water.
but I'm sick of the government and the oil spill and all that shit
lol
Well, the chavs are annoying at points, they will randomly throw names at you and claim you were assaulting their cousin. Ignore them at all costs. If they try and hit you, try and get somewhere near a shop. There is a 100% chance your being watched by a CCTV camera. Also, kids walking round in tracksuits are the cheekiest bastards you'll come across in your life. And... Where about you moving to? (This is what it's like in Liverpool you see, other than that, it's a pretty great place to live).
Northern England is the place to be. Not huge cities like London, not village-y small stuff like the countryside. :)
