Owning up to 5 female cannabis plants per 1 house is decriminalized, as long it's grown by sunlight only. Summers have been crazy the past 5 years over here, not much rain and a lot of heat. My plants get around 8 hours of full sunlight each day now if there's no clouds, just wait untill summer comes. :dance:

That was an awesome weekend. My mate got paid £175 on friday so he bought loads of poppers, bud and alcohol so we chilled in his house on friday, then on saturday my parents went on a sort of mini holiday, so I went out and met my dealer, great guy. Got a ten came home skinned up two joints, smoked 'em both. Then I went to grandmas met my cousin, had two spliffs with him outside and then we relaxed for a bit and went bed, I still had a joint left. When I woke up I walked home skinned up a joint in my house again, smoked it in the backgarden then went on the pc for a bit. Then I went back to my grandmas and sat with my cousin for a bit he got paid that day. On monday I went out with my cousin we got a quarter and walked to my mates, we went in and my mate skinned a joint and I did too, we smoked them both, then we had another, then I went home cause my parents got back and my cousin went back to my grandmas. Then yesterday on tuesday my cousin came around for an hour, I rolled a spliff for him and smoked it on the way to the shop and today hopefully I'm getting a ten.
That's a better bump than I usually do. :D
