On the topic of school and tests, a have to take a test early because I'm leaving school and because I'm leaving for a reason that's "not university regulated", I have to take a different test. Now, instead of a "20 minute multiple choice" I get a "5 essay timed test". :suicide: [editline]12th February 2014[/editline] In other complaining about school news, we're in "the most interesting chapter" of Anthro 1000 and I am bored to shit. [editline]12th February 2014[/editline] Anthropology is not Indiana Jones shit. [editline]12th February 2014[/editline] Biggest disappointment ever.
this Korean guy next to me keeps shuffling his legs at a rapid rate and its disturbing me
disturbing increase in leg shuffling reported in the Michigan area.
come investigate this mr science man
first boner pills now leg shuffling pills what will science create next
first boner pills now leg shuffling pills what will science create next
become static shock!
So I bought a Dualshock 4 for my PC, and it is literally the best controller for a PC bar none (maybe the steam controller, but I like having sticks since I don't couch play FPS games anyway). With DS4 Xinput tool I can customize the light bar to fit with my red backlit keyboard, the touchpad works and is great (though in the settings its sensitivity needs to be set to 50 instead of 100), holding the PS button automatically launches steam big picture if you have steam turned on and it works wirelessly without a flaw oh and I can charge it with my phone micro USB charger :v: amazing piece of kit
What kind of asshole does someone have to be to blast dubstep on a tuesday night, when our dorm building has thin as fuck walls and it's during a week when about 99% of people have midterms?
From my experiences in our student area, it could be foreign exchange students who only come over for partying, we have an entire building full of them and it's right next to ours :v:
Actually there are a few labs that have a lot of electromagnetic based power supplies and general apparatus so the majority of the staff are forced wear anti static saftey boots as well as there being anti static plates all around the corridors for us to touch periodically before entering and exiting labs so we don't casually skip down the hallway shorting out all of the equipment like magneto or some shit
It's actually kind of funny because so many people love PlayStation controllers, but I think they couldn't have made anything worse. As far as the PS3, I hate the sticks, I had the outward contour of the thumb rests, I hate the low resistance of the sticks, I hate how L2 and R2 function like an actual trigger (ironic) and not like a button, I hate how light the controller is, and I don't like the shape of it.
I like the 360's controller so much better
I really like the Dualshock 3 compared to Dualshock 2. Although I still think original PlayStation controller is best, so streamlined without the sticks and lightweight without vibration.
Jamie Hyneman has an AMA on Reddit going so I decided to check it out and this is what I see:
I am not aware of any scientology HQ nearby. Atheism or Agnosticism or whatever movement doesn't affect me at all. I don't believe in anything. There are only probabilities, and the probability of a diety or some shit is pretty fucking low IMHO.
I like the 360's controller so much better
360's controller is better for big hands like mine, but the dualshock 3 is fine too and the DS3 is far, far better for fighting games than the 360 controller ever will be
I have tiny hands and I find the 360 controller to be muuuch better.
I have medium sized hands and the 360 controller feels like it's made for giants. dualshock4life if you think the dualshock 3 is too light you're either weird or were using a sixaxis (edit, not motionjoy lmao), not a dualshock.
I have huge gorilla hands, I hate the wireless 360 controller because the battery compartment gets in the way of my fingers. For me, the most comfortable controllers of all time have to be the original PlayStation controller and the GameCube controller. They just fit so well and feel great.
My perfect controller: Case: 360 Shoulder buttons: PS3 Trigger: PS3 Analog sticks: PS3 D-pad: 360 Buttons: 360 Select/Start: 360
if you think that you want a 360 dpad try to do SRK inputs on that shit and tell me you like it.
i love keyboards
i love keyboards
Keyboard master input uh... race. Heh I love keyboards. Namely because I can't bind 67 things to a controller.
I'm using a Logitech G510. Bind ALL the keys!
i love keyboards
not even a mech shame on you!!

My old keyboard had some interesting content under its keys Eugh.
what the fuck is all that
Food crumbs, hair, dust, and maybe the plague.
Pretty much. Keep in mind that this keyboard was cleaned only twice in its lifetime of few-teen years. [editline]idea[/editline] ITT post what's under your keys

As far as the shape goes, it's comfy as hell but the xbones controller is much nicer looking, doesn't have the touchpad though and the upper bumper buttons are on this weird hinge and are really awkward.
