The other two aren't mine, bruh [editline]18th May 2014[/editline] Also the Yukon is a 2001 and barely worth five grand at this point, the SL500 is a 2005 model we got used on the cheap. The camaro cost me $5,000
Okay, but still. Lets take into consideration that your first car was a fuckin' sweet ass Camaro. Mine was a 1996 Mazda 626 that didn't fucking go backwards and shook violently if you went over 60mph and was literally held together with pink duct tape.
it was literally a death trap. im willing to bet felix and i would both be dead if he drove it for another year.
I like watching Facebook and seeing all of these people in my senior class posting about how they'll be studying abroad for their Freshman year, specifically in Paris. People that I positively know do not speak a single ounce of French. what is the pointttttttt [editline]17th May 2014[/editline] like they're all totally okay about it too, I don't get it. There's just this casual assumption of: "nah don't need to speak that language to live there for a year."
I get to carry handcuffs at work now. But it's a secret shhhh I only get to use them if whoever I'm apprehending loses their fucking minds.
and so begins the reign of codemoney
I drive a sled..
arrest your boss and send him to the dungeon. take his throne.
USURPER
It's not as exciting as you think, I just like having the cuff case on my belt. Women love that shit. Chances are I'll never have to use them. Kids keep coming up to me and asking if I'm a cop and I naturally respond: "I'm a detective." They always believe me. I swear to god though parents lose their kids every fucking day at this place. And I'm shit with kids so I always talk to them like they're adults and it never works. Especially since they're almost always crying when I find them or someone brings them up to me. And like 90% of the time the parent has no idea they're missing. Also, just like Best Buy the concept of the "IN" door and "OUT" door are a mystery to the general population who can't read the green arrow that says "IN" and the red X that says "OUT" and insist on: 1. Running into the door and than acting like the door insulted them. 2. Stand infront of the wrong door, blocking the sensor so no one else can get inside while they diddle themselves until they decide to come to me and bitch about how the door is broken. 3. The people who just force the wrong door open because they don't give a fuck. We had some old lady try to walk through the wrong door as it was closing and got knocked on her fucking ass. I have it on video. At some point we're going to be allowed to do actual undercover stuff. Like plain clothes stalking people.
get a second cuff case for fuzzie handcuffs, you know, just in case...

The guy is leading a cart pusher along and it accidentally gets caught up on the edge of the open door. The cart pushers are designed to just automatically push things until someone walks around to turn them off, that's their only ability so when it gets stuck it keeps pushing until the door gets dislodged from the frame. (It's easy to do too since they're push-out fire doors) When he tried to fix the door the frame was already bent enough that one of the windows shattered when he forced it.
So I don't get it am I a bad person because my parents are upper middle class or what this is really bothering me. [editline]18th May 2014[/editline]
Okay, but still. Two, I worked for my car, I earned the money involved in buying it.
Who watched godzilla? I wasn't too impressed while watching it, but I feel like going back to the theater now (I never watch the same movie in a theater twice)
Who watched godzilla? I plan on going to see it in Imax with some friends next weekend.

[editline]18th May 2014[/editline] it was a shitty joke
Check your privilege.
Fuck off. [editline]18th May 2014[/editline] Like I get that that's probably a joke but wow really
Fuck off.
You are unbelievably hostile and defensive. You overreact to a joke (although I could see how you would interpret it otherwise), then act like you're the victim and that everyone's prosecuting you. I was hoping that pointing it out using an overly used phrase like that would help you come to your senses, but perhaps you need me to spell it out to you. You're among friends here, stop flipping the fuck out.
I'm tired of not being able to get a job. I don't even know what I'm doing wrong, if anything. So far, I've applied to: McDonald's (twice) Burger King Subway Pizza Hut Kroger local nursing home for position of kitchen worker (twice) local seafood store local burger restaurant some local hardware supply company Ace Hardware the library two different local drug stores Walgreen's Drug Store Family Video local movie theater and not one single one has ever asked for an interview. Not one. Somehow, all the drug addicts and high school dropouts can get jobs, but I can't even get asked in for an interview. I don't even know what to do.

Except I didn't even bother applying to any fast food places because they're all run by Filipinos and only hire other Filipinos.

In highschool people literally only liked me because of my house. I don't need people here going "Ha ha RICH KID WOW LOL" when I love this community so much okay.

No one's got it easy.

Nobody has to go and call me a rich sonufabitch ok.
It's definitely not the most annoying thing in the world, and while I personally haven't made any assessment of your character, I think there are lot worse problems to have than some people on the internet teasing you about having nice things.
What is hyperbole
Now I'm making an assessment of your character.
Now I'm making an assessment of your character.
holy shit lol stop. YOU are the one making a big deal out of nothing here.
This is the problem with forums, if we were all in one room talking we'd be able to read inflection and shit and none of this would have happened.
