ohhhh dayum
I'm American. What do you expect? First was knowing simple words from a foreign language. Now wanting me to know how to drive a manual?
my first car was a manual
my first car was a bike
my first car was a manual
Yeah, and? [sp] I'm sorry. I couldn't resist [/sp] Anyway, I like it and I'm not one of those people who is gonna cry about it and rip out my intestines in utter disgust because it is an automatic. This car was actually a huge surprise for some of my friends who saw me driving around today because I am seen as the extremely white kid who is in all APs and a Magna Cum Laude student but I was driving around blasting "Come on" by Bigge Smalls. I like it a lot.
woah that was weird some random kid just commented on fish muffins facebook post of his mp5k he is selling and then I realized that kid goes to my school and is in a few of my classes and I had no idea he played airsoft :v:
V6? Pfft. 5.0L V8 in there but I'm still getting somewhere around 26mpg highway. It is an automatic transmition though.
Oh right, I forget you have a late Gen 3. The earlier Gen 3 RS's had some tiny 2.x liter Inline 6 or something, and I think some of the models even had 4 cylinders. Well that means you have the same engine as me, but with a transmission made for chumps :V Still a damn nice car though.
my first car was a manual
I learned all of my driving on my Mom's manual civic, and then I had to take the test in an automatic and I was very confused at how easy life had become. Sadly my Mom's civic died, but now she has a 6 speed manual Mini Cooper and its the goddamn most fun to drive.
I kind of miss my Mazda sometimes. Lots of good memories in that car. My rear bumper was held on with pink duct tape.
I met Japanese reenactors at a militaria show today omg yes [editline]11th May 2013[/editline] How should I arisaka though Hmm Maybe I can modify an M14 into a Type 4 [editline]11th May 2013[/editline] Fuck, dat receiver Type 4 is out the window
My Mazda is still at the body shop. I miss her =(
my face when this'll be the second love interest that i'll lose to heart deficiencies :c :c
:c
jesus christ whats up with your life
i'm going insane [editline]11th May 2013[/editline] i'm just gonna blast "tamale" over and over again until i forget
Every time I think I'm ready to park my ass in Boston and get personal with modeling agencies My face breaks out/I run out of hairspray/I ate too much the previous day and it shows
Yeah. Eating too much hairspray will do that to ya.
Sorry ramirezoid but literally 2.5/3 of those problems are completely your fault.
As if everyone's problems are cruel, random acts of inconvenience blighted upon them by some mystic problem goblin
And next he tells us that every single persons problems are entirely their own faults.
So today I went to a militaria show and got to listen to a couple vets talk I was talking to a former USN vet, he got to work with Hornets, Tomcats, Sikorskys, and Orions. He reminded me of skeeu for some reason. And also, this 'nam vet, intrigued by The Ultimate's kit, told us a story in namland He was a grenadier and said the M79 was the BEST WEAPON EVAR!!!1 Reason being was he rarely had to take point, and he could accurately lob rounds with the M79 and he said he carried 50(?), 15(?) grenades - he got claymore mines but ditched the mines and stuffed grenades in the original poucb, and also tucking a couple more grenades into his helmet band. He also didn't have to take point that much (as stated) but when he did (much to his dislike), he loaded up with canister rounds that had shitty range (approx 120ft). He hates the M203 because he claims it to be an inaccurate POS Another nam vet asked The Ultimate:
"Where's your M14!?" "I don't have it sir!" "Ah... the M16 then... *pause* ye... it's alright.. overheats too much though"
And then he turns and asks me:
"Who are YOU supposed to be!? North Korean?" "close"
I then proceeded to go to a booth where they were showing a Korean war film with South Koreans fighting glorious North Koreans I then said
Damn commies *laughter*
All in all a good day. Also found a blood stained Japanese flag. Hmm.... [editline]12th May 2013[/editline] Oh, I was wearing my 80s afghan kit [editline]12th May 2013[/editline] And one last story, Every year the Militaria Show hosts a kit contest (in which the best kit wins... well it's a contest ofc) Apparently, one year, a bunch of Japanese reenactors won the contest, and screamed BANZAI upon winning All the WWII vets cried Because they would normally see them Japs being instagibbed by MGs and apparently their reaction was something like: WE NEVER GET TO SEE YOU GUYS ALIVE :pwn:
Finally finished the map so now I can do other shit. [t]https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-snc6/248356_4823575875045_401500343_n.jpg[/t] This is my favorite set up so far but it's modular so I can do anything with the hexes. I made a new farm-land hex today. I'm doing a desert map next. Grass is a fucking pain in the ass to work, sand is so easy.
