:( my spine is crooked and has a pinched nerve. My passion is mountain biking. I'm 22 and am building up a new bike right now. Suddenly I'm immobile.
With any luck chiropractics will help.
I think my video card is dying, my poor baby ~4 year old 560 Ti. Random screen artifacts, freezing, and the screen goes black until I restart. I can browse on Chrome for maybe two minutes before this all happens and I have to restart.
Nothing is easy, is it?

Best of luck to you Cotton, get back on the saddle soon.
First hope every time: hope it's just overheating and look into its fan.
The past couple of months my screen would go black for a few seconds but I guess it got worse as last night when I played Minecraft it got really bad and I checked temps but they were all low, idle was average as well. I turned it off and tried again this morning starting from a 'cold' GPU and it's still bad.
I thought the problem was because I set MC to the max render distance but the problem didn't start until 2 hours into playing and that's when I checked my temps, and it wasn't high at all.
MC is more cpu-intensive though really, right? Mods like optifine help it properly distribute resources to multicore cpu's too.
Left work early to come and lay in bed, shit is terrible. I'm supposed to drive up to see my gf and her friends for a game night an hour away and Im super not feeling like moving my body.

Chiropractic care has really helped me. I don't buy into the whole "miracle cure" stuff that some chiropractors try to sell you on, but I have had many back and neck pains solved by it.

Thank you, that's reassuring. My chiropractor specifically even said "I'm no miracle worker" and made me well aware that I would be in pain for a bit.
I've never felt so defeated before. I always feared anything that would prevent me from cycling.
During that massage and manual correction my back, muscles etc. popped more than I thought possible.

Sounds like your monitor is dying to be honest

Chiropractic work may make you feel a lot worse before it makes you feel better, by the way. A few family members have had experiences like that, but the long term effect is that they felt much better

God I hope not, it's an Asus I just bought in the spring. There's only one dead pixel but I hooked up my old GTS 250 and it seems to be working fine.
Got the M44 in today. Went out to the range and probably fired close to 100 rounds with a friend. It's a damn fun gun to shoot but holy shit do you have to whack the bolt to get it to close with a round in the chamber.
I feel like I'm losing my ability to do math or some shit. I look at a page of what should be basic stuff, but my mind is completely blank. I used ot be pretty good at math I feel, but lately I've been having trouble even doing mental math.
Its prolonged what should be maybe 5 hours of math homework into about 10 hours of me sitting and staring at a page, barely able to complete basic steps. Its really frustrating and its due tonight (I was going to go to the math study center and talk to TA;s, but my schedule is as such it was closed today by the time I was abl;e to go)

both my mosin and my M1917 Eddystone are like that. I harken a guess it might have something to do with the unnecessarily strong extractor springs
Have some Friday night feels, just in time for the anniversary of Mogadishu.

One does not simply hear this song without tearing up.
Also a toast to the men who died 21 years ago.

Oh okay, good to know it's not just mine. I've heard of sticky bolt but IIRC that's when you're trying to open it, not close it.

Dude I had a rotated spine, my neck was curved in the wrong way and 3 nerves where trapped, 2 weeks of Chiropractics have been a god send, I can pick up my son without pain, run without crying and just live life without the pain from my back.
In short it will help good luck and the first few sessions are a bitch.

Have you disassembled and cleaned out the bolt? Any traces of cosmoline will make that extractor spring tough as hell to move once it heats up, and then you have to whack the gun closed.
A super duper secrit project is coming up. Feeling really excited about it.
Also, I'll probably hit the range tomorrow. Dear god can't wait
Fun story: I'm currently living in a two bedroom apartment with my girlfriend and her ex-boyfriend. However, when we all moved in, it was actually the two of them that were dating.
(I should point out here that (A) He broke up with her and (B) absolutely no "funny stuff" happened while they were still dating; her and I were just already pretty good friends that hung out alone a lot, so it was a very natural decision/transition.)
man what
Single life represent.
Have a toast.

On the brighter side of things, I got a 4 inch statuette of myself in the mail wearing a Fear and Loathing in Manchvegas (Las Vegas) outfit, so that's fun!

Yeah, I took the bolt apart and cleaned the shit out of it before the range. Did the same for the whole gun. I'm assuming it's either some leftover hardened cosmoline around the edges of the chamber or the gun is just naturally that way.
I feel so pro using Lightworks on my stepmom's work laptop and using my computer to find the damn spots to cut in the video because it maxes out the four core i7.

The next time it's hot out, put it in to a couple garbage bags and let it sit out. The heat will make everything sweat cosmoline.
Baseball fans, what happened to this?

I haven't heard it in ages, all they play now is this

Don't get me wrong, I love both. Nostalgic as shit, but I mean really it's called the NFL theme song for a reason...
