Welp shit. I failed with a 57. There was an extra heap of little greebly insignificant stuff that wasn't on my cheatsheet. Good thing I found out that the most important thing is the practical final - the practical is what really judges whether you continue on with the class or not.
I've been getting 65's on all my tests. I bet with a curve and the weighting you'll be fine, college tests just helicopter dick you hardcore when you least expect it.
Yes and no - I am paying for it, but it's for college. We're technically doing the preparation course for the Cisco certifications with Microsoft server and linux server classes thrown in, along with the basic PC hardware and software classes.
And you're absolutely right about not passing on the first time on the real technical cert tests - mine (CCNA and CCNP next semester) are going to cost like $300 each and boy it will suck...but I don't have to take the actual courses to graduate from college (although I definitely will go for them once I graduate).
Actually, shit I completely forgot CCENT exists (it's before CCNA) and I should totally take that because the stuff on it is easy as shit.
I got my CCENT and never went any further. more power to you if that's where you want to go but I realized that I wanted to get back into web development. I currently hold an IT job and share an office with our networking team. I think only one of them has any sort of degree or cert.
Ideally, ill be going for CCENT, then CCNA and so on. I have only seen a few example CCENT tests, how was the real one, Heldure?
Do you know what you're wanting to specialize in?
The test was pretty much what I was expecting. Know your commands, and be able to know what you're really looking for when reading detailed questions and it will seem fairly easy.
I have 2 finals due tonight and I haven't studied for either one.
rip

I had two finals today and I only studied for one of them because I didn't go to the class for a month and the one I didn't study for was the Soviet Union so fuck I know that shit already.
I have one tomorrow for physics and I'm horrid at what we're being tested on
man working the pediatric ER sucks :(
little girl came in with a sudden brain hemorrhage. she survived but they arent sure she'll make it :(
I have another final on Friday but it's open book so I'm not studying for that one very much either.
I passed all of my finals. Developmental Psychology fucked me though because I wasn't as prepared as I thought I was and I lost two percentage points, taking me down to a B.
The senate is begging the dep. of energy to withdraw all funding from ITER. if that happens, it will be delayed even further

I'm not 100% sure what I want to specialize in to be honest. So far my goal is to get the standard networking foundation down and then go somewhere with that and then see whether I want to go later on.
went over to a friends house to watch a film
now im drunk (a bit, closer to tipsy tbh)
drinking isnt a way to deal with your problems but i dont actually have any problems so i can drink as much as i want?????

The one way you can make it even better is by changing the cowhead in the checkmark to booty.

"I'm just so happy to be here"
Its 62 degrees out here... combine that with a cold and I think I may melt into a puddle shortly. The dayquil isn't helping
Its no wonder all the mountains nearby are damn near dry (Stevens pass is 30 inches below seasonal average, hometown mountain is literally clean of all snow). RIP Skiing this year
It's too cold here and there's snow and I have more finals tomorrow and shit
Getting sick of this cold wintery chickenshit bullshit already.

As long as the ski mountains are good I can deal with the winter chickenshit but this is just a warm and wet winter and it sucks
Hey, I'll gladly take your cold. I love the frigid temperatures and snow. Right now it's at that gross period where it's like 35 degrees so everything is wet from the rain and constantly in danger of icing over.
Yeah it needs to be sunny, clear, with fresh powder. Those are the best days.
I ski and snowboard instruct so there's a special place in my heart for those kind of days.
Even more so if it's not busy that day and I can just dick around with the other instructors whilst making loads emone

It's been rain pretty much ALL day here, so possibly snow tomorrow.
I was talking to them because I wanted a relationship and they usually saw right through that pretty quick.
then don't hide it
wow taep is still talking about relationships?
meanwhile I have a hot kebab girl crushing on my ass and am not sure if I want this.
She doesn't show much confidence in herself, which is probably the problem you're having with your talking, if you don't show confidence, even if you're cute, it kills interest. It makes you seem like you're lost, you can't do anything independently and will have to rely on the other person for guidance, which is quite honestly a turn off for most people. She has amazing red hair and green eyes though...

What gear do you run? I'm using Dynastar Cham 87's (172cm) which are Rocker/Camber for good all-round performance. I haven't been in the deep pow you see at places like Stevens pass, but based on my experience with tree runs at Mt. Spokane they should work fine. My main complaint is that since the tail is flat, doing any park maneuver or flipping backwards results in my rear tips immediately diving into the snow like a submarine.
I used to be on snowblades until last season though, what do I know about real skiing
My dad is istaying in Taiwan for a business trip. He says he's staying in Taipei 101, any airsoft/milsurp shops near there?
all you guys and your finals. I'm a Studio Art major so all of my "finals" are project-based :v: so basically I just keep doin' what I'm doin'
plus I only have one studio class this semester and a weirdo neighborhood studies class with no final
That reminds me I should post some of the shit I've made in my metalsmithing class this semester. I'm waiting on my teacher to give me back one of my first projects, a memory box. I constructed a metal bunker with pivoting turrets and a red-enameled flag in the center of them.
here's a leaf thing for now from my intro class last spring:

I just discovered GBBs work very well in place of compressed air dusters, just make sure it's unloaded. :v:
I did that once. But it was loaded.
I completely destroyed a key on my keyboard.
