best way to go about this is always something along the lines of
"Hey, wanna go out on a date with me?"
Not 'hang out', date.
Dont forget to say the word date.
Date.

Just ordered a pair of Red Wing Iron Ranger boots with what remains o my birthday and xmas money. I'm forfeiting skiing by doing this, but lift tickets don't last me 20 years
Can't wait to get them. Not so eager for the break in period but apparently they're footgasmic once broken in
[editline]edit[/editline]
Of course rusty has already disbursed his thoughts on them and why he didn't like then. They said the same about my bomber jacket and that's the best jacket I've owned. Besides, how can you go wrong with boots?
[editline]EDIT[/editline]
When I get a job this summer I am getting a custom pair of whites boots though, their headquarters is in my hometown so you can go a custom fitted and styled boot there :D
Making my own Trauma kit. I bought a little EDC medical pouch that will go on my belt when it gets hot out, because I don't wear cargos in Summer and have no room for that shit. The kit they sold was like $80 so I decided I can buy all the same shit off Ebay for $8 and vacuum seal it so it'll fit.
Some compression pads, a cinch tight bandage, gloves and I'm debating on adding Quikclot because using that shit is pretty meh to me. In addition to my Boo-Boo kit it should be more than substantial.
The Islamic State national anthem keeps getting deleted from Youtube and keeps ruining my jihad music playlist.
Waking up at 1AM, an hour after I went to sleep, to the sound, sight, and smell of my username occurring all over my old bed at my parents' house and cascading onto all the clothing I brought was a wonderful start to my day.
'Oh we thought she was getting better she hasn't been sick in three days' UH NO PLEASE TAKE THE CAT TO A VET THANKS
I'm probably gonna schedule a ride-along with the Sherrifs Department tomorrow and see if it's cool.
I should ask the deputy I'm riding with a lot of really uncomfortable questions like "If a cop gets shot how long until the next one shows up?"
So the pivotal quarter begins for me tomorrow. I spent most of the last one playing video games, skipping quiz sections, and not doing homework until the last second (literally, online hw do at 11:59:59pm and I would start around 9:00 on 4 math assignments). Or just forgetting about lab assignments or tutorial homework.
but no more its srs face time I gotta shape up since I've only got one chance to earn the right of paid-for college.
So lets do this shit :D

here have inspirational classical music, its academic and shit
So guys... I'm having a bit of an issue. You see there's this guy from school, we're friends and we spend time playing vidya and disucssing guns and crazy theories from /k/ and laugh at our own terrible in-jokes, but there's a problem. I'm starting to fall for him. The thing is he's 18 and he's straight. I know it'll never ever happen in a million years and I'm ok with that I guess... But I don't know what the fuck to do now. I want to keep our friendship because I cherish it obviously.

You might need to take a break from hanging out with him, get your moping out of your system, and head back with your feelings separated. Its hard, but being friends is better than not being friends. Its always helped me whenever I fall for a girl and things don't work out. You cannot let your feelings enter the equation down the road, it just makes things so much harder.

Allright I'll try talking to him a little less and just ignore it because last time I fell for a guy it ended in disaster (and in that scenario he was my age and also interested in guys so you can see how something like this would blow over)
Never tell him. Ever.
If he really is straight and he finds out how you feel about him than it's going to ruin your friendship.
Unless he is someone of incredibly outstanding character, but it more likely than not it would make things awkward.

if he ends up becoming good friends with bwii, it shouldn't be so black and white. it's not a light subject, and it's not the kind of thing he should ever bring up jokingly (unless it becomes a joke after) or not-in-person, but that's exactly the kind of conversation that can happen
idk how well they know each other, sounds like they're just gaming buds, but yeah, isn't definitive like this
well looks like this girl is most likely ignoring my texts. the cycle fucking continues

I'm certainly not of outstanding character and I had a bisexual male friend confess to having a crush on me and it was fine, YMMV.
If another man said he had a crush on me I'd take it as a compliment and use it as a confidence booster, but politely tell him I'm straight.

but lets face it if girls dont think im attractive a gay guy wont either LOL

Anyone who is willing to sacrifice their friendship with you over something like that is not someone you want in your life in the first place. If they're put off by your sexuality, they're an ignorant bigot, and they don't deserve to know you.

Taep. TAEP
stop doing that. that is how you undermine your confidence. You gotta fake it till you make it.

Exactly. if that kind of suspicion or worry kills the friendship, it wasn't a healthy one

To be fair it's not being 'put off by your sexuality', more like being awkward about unresolvable sexual tension. It happens.
