Tapeo no it's not fucking true, Sure if you don't talk to her for like 12 years or whatever then yeah she loses interest. But no, not asking someone out within the first 7 months or so does not mean you will never ever date her.
Its usually a window measured in weeks at best how much experience do you have with this? Taep it comes again back to your confidence. You gotta fake it until you make it, and learn to be happy on your own before you can be happy with someone else.
I think a lot of my confidence problems come from lack of experience. Not as in sexual experience although I'm sure that's going to become and issue for me at some point, but just general experience with women. I don't know how to flirt, I don't know how to communicate I'm interested, I don't know what signs to pick up on that would show she's interested. I have zero experience with this shit. I'm honestly a lot more accepting of myself as a person than you guys seem to think. I'm fine with being an awkward nerd, I've embraced it. My confidence issues come directly from lack of experience.

You are not an expert on relationships. As far as I can tell, you are about the furthest you can possibly be from an expert in all three of these areas. You are in no way qualified to give advice on these kinds of situations, but yet you always seem to insist on doing so and it never works out. Stop. You are not helping.
I have experience with this and I know what I'm talking about here, But I'm not carrying out this conversation any further because it's going to end with me looking like an asshole and more boxes than I know what to do with.

-snip I need to get off of FP for quite a while and reconsider some things
Just because you aren't interested in the conversation doesn't mean the conversation is just going to end. Fuck off and let the others talk it out. PS since you seem to be lacking in this area too the best way to disengage yourself from a conversation is to... wait for it.... STOP FUCKING REPLYING.
I have experience with this and I know what I'm talking about here, But I'm not carrying out this conversation any further because it's going to end with me looking like an asshole and more boxes than I know what to do with.
You do not have experience, you're still in highschool. Dating in college is a completely different experience from high school bullshit, and you will not understand it until you get there, I assure you. I can hardly imagine how simplistic your worldview is if you think you already know how everything works at your age.
Anyway, I need input on this.
I think a lot of my confidence problems come from lack of experience.
Anyway, I need input on this.
I GOT THIS Don't know how to flirt: Honestly no one really does, theres not really a "method" to it. All flirting really is is firing off some sly subtle comments about a girls looks, their attractiveness, dating or sex in general, it's really just playful and its supposed to be FUN. You flirt with girls for the fun of it, for both parties. Once you realize this it's really helpful. You just gotta be playful about it, it's not a big deal. Communicating Interest:As long as you're not being Super Overly Nice Shy Guy #864 then it's not entirely your job to communicate interest. Casual flirting and talking is enough, the girl does have to do some work as well! Until the time comes and you want to, say, ask the girl out or hook up, there's no need to communicate interest. You want to keep a girl guessing until then. And then, when it is time to communicate that, it couldn't be simpler. "Hey, do you wanna go out on a date?" or any alternative for whatever you want. (I'm guessing you're not to the level where you're going to be asking girls for a hookup yet which is fine, just helping) Signs a Girl is Interested: Ah yes, the age old question. There aren't any usually. Just as a lot of the time guys are anxious and a bit nervous about their feelings and cover them up, girls do the same. You have to remember that everyones human, man. But if you need something to go on, some good signs are that they seem to like talking to you, laugh at your jokes, are comfortable being alone around you, etc etc. (THESE ARE NOT SURE FIRE SIGNS OF INTEREST, EVERYTHING IS SITUATIONAL) Also, just a tip: humor is everything. Be funny. Take life in its strides. You're an awkward nerd, and thats good. So am I! I have an anime avatar for fucks sake. Just be sure not to shove that in someones face. It's okay to be proud of who you are but make sure your Facebook isnt covered in videogame references and memes and shit. The best thing you can do is try your best to seem initially normal, then confidently ease into being a nerd. When it comes up, live it up and be proud that youre a dork, but don't bring it up yourself. I've done all I can here. The world isn't made up of popular attractive people and ugly dorks. As soon as high school ends, anyone who wasn't fucking every girl in high school/getting fucked by the football team feels the same way you do.
Got my machete in the mail today.
Do denim cargo pants look stupid? I think I want a pair. They're just regular jeans, but with cargo pockets which I can dig. Like Wrangler jeans. Not some stupid hipster shit with a million pockets and chains. [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/XJYj3B.jpg[/t]

I want to get some more fashionable shoes instead of tennis shoes like I've always worn, but my problem is that my shoe size is size 13 with 4E width. Anybody have advice on finding nice casual shoes for big footed people?

I'm pretty bad at it apparently though, according to sweetbro and rusty Darker "raw" denims are in atm
I'm not looking to pick up women or anything. I just want to have extra pockets with out looking like a sperg. I have 5.11 cargos but they're not something I wear casually. They're like a work/meeting sort of pants to me. Too heavy for casual wear with more pockets than I actually need. I also wear a tactical hoodie when I go out. So I guess I have a good portion of people who think I'm a sperg or a cop/soldier.
If you was in Europe I'd recommend you some Helikon SFU's which are basically BDU cut with more pockets, but I don't think any where in the US sells them and importing them from the EU isn't worth it, (I have several pairs.) Only problem is they mostly come in camo patterns and a lot of the solid colours they come in are military-esc. Also the slip pockets they have on the front thigh are the most useful pockets evar.

Got a pair in Cammogram (AKA Multicam) for about as much (probably a little more) as I would have payed for a new pair of BDU pants in multicam. Also the extra pockets are hella-nice.

Allright everyone after thinking long and hard about what happened last night I want to apologize. I came to a few realizations last night 1. I don't know everything. 2. I'm not an expert on people and relationships. 3. I was picking on taepo and I apologize for it. I'm really sorry about how I've acted guys, From now on I'm going to reduce my posting and steer-clear of shit posting.
So I bought 200 rounds of Monarch 7.62x54r ammunition for my mosin, and planned a range trip. I get to the range, and the owner asks me to show my ammo, fair enough. He get a magnet out and says you can't shoot this ammo since it has a steel core in it. wat (Monarch ammo doesn't have a steel core, it's magnetic because it is Bi-Metal, which isn't AP) I try to tell him that it is Bi-Metal, and he keeps on saying "The Magnet doesn't lie" Whatever, so I ask if he has any ammo for sale that I can use, he pulls out some Silver bear and brown bear and then he says "Can't use this either, I ain't gonna let you shoot that mosin." So, he basically tells me I should just buy rentals instead, I decide why not and rent a 12 gauge, so I buy a couple boxes and go on my way, but whilst I was putting my protection on, another couple walks in with a 9mm glock, and he tells them that their ammo is armor piercing, and says you can't shoot your gun, you should buy a rental, they do and I go on my way shooting the 12 gauge. I don't know if he is just stupid, or if he is trying to fuck people over. What is he trying to do?
He fucked you with his big, veiny cock of capitalism. He makes more money if you don't shoot your own guns. Don't go to that range; Post bad reviews online.

This may also be something you want to search about on /r/malefashionadvice
If I went to a range and they tried that shit with me I'd just leave. That's retarded. That's why I like having private land to shoot on. No rules or anyone bitching about etiquette.

I'm really sorry about how I've acted guys, From now on I'm going to reduce my posting and steer-clear of shit posting.
Its not so much that you need to reduce your posting, you just need to increase your thought-to-post ratio. What I recommend is to proofread/review your shit a lot before you post it. I generally do one reread per paragraph I write, mostly because I'm paranoid about typos and logic, but also because I want to make sure whatever I'm writing is actually worth reading. Doing this has led me to deleting many shitty rants and arguments that really don't need to be said. For example, last night I wanted to respond to paindoc's post about fashion with a rant about how much I hate fashionable and trendy shit, and how I really doubted Codemoney gave a fuck about fashion either, but it was an entirely unneeded and useless post so I scrapped it which probably saved everyone a bunch of trouble. If you feel like you want to delete what you've typed, but you also still feel the need to say something, that means you need to consolidate your thoughts better and rewrite most/all of the post. Fun fact: Doing this sort of thing is also the key to writing excellent essays, between this and my freshman college English class I haven't gotten a paper back with anything less than a B on it in 3 years, which is especially impressive when you consider my first semester's GPA was 0.67 :v:
If he tried that with me, I would tell him what a fucking idiot he is and that he could shove his magnet up his ass, THEN leave. But only after educating him on what a fucking idiot he is. Also I'm pretty sure intentionally lying to people in order to force them into buying something could qualify as a scam and I guarantee you there's a lawyer out there somewhere who would absolutely love to have a go at him in court. Just saying. [editline]11th January 2015[/editline] re: the gun range asshole. Got ninja'd by notrabies.

Thanks for sharing that strategy though.
I wear my Cryes out sometimes. With the kneepads out (and since they're just khaki) they just look like hipster pants if I dress them up and wear them with something nice. [editline]11th January 2015[/editline] well fuck hi new page
