As much as life can suck at times(I know, trust me) it can also be just as amazing(currently where I'm at, fortunately). IMO, it's worth sticking through the hard times to get to the good times

That sounds like it would be really weird to me. Like when I work out I don't see myself as wanting to be in a relaxed state of mind, I want to be focused as hard as I can on weights and stuff. It's easy to not think about anything else while working out as it is.

when i'm high i basically become autistic and can put my mind to anything, so working out is great for me. depending on the type of high i'm feeling i can feel energetic when i smoke weed. usually for 1-2 hours after i smoke i have energy then after that i'll usually crash a bit.
I just drink a tall mug of joe for my energy
there's never a bad time for some dark brew

Can a get a holla from any other FPers who've never actually been to a real house party with drinking and other debauchery?? Or club party for that matter. I so taaame
I need to lose weight, fast. I'm fed up with my body's condition.
Drink shitloads of water. Like a huge glass or two before any meal. And maybe exercise.
I don't recommend this but my friend ate zero food and only drank tons of water for ten days and lost a lot of weight. Of course he also tells me his tongue turned green but the point is lots of water good, as long as you don't drink so much that you die like that lady trying to win a Wii way back when.
My town is in critical apocalypse mode right now. It's been raining nonstop really heavily for the past couple days. Now the river has flooded up over the bridge so the west side of town is cut off. A few other roads are completely submerged too.
We were the only school in the county to go today, but we got released early at noon because of worsening conditions. If I never post again, assume I was kidnapped by a group of bandits formed during this time of distress. Either that or I was drowned by a torrent of river water. Or even better, the water deteriorated the old coal mines under my house and I fell in.

They evacuated the west side of town and are sandbagging. The closest town north of us is 60% evacuated and the town to the east of that just declared a state of emergency. Now they're evacuating a couple of hospitals and nursing homes. We gonna die.

start lifting, starting strength and stronglifts 5x5 are the best for beginners. starting strength has a book that tells you everything you need to know but like 60 percent of losing weight is changing your eating habits

I have literally never had this problem. I've had girls break up with their boyfriends because they wanted to date me, that was really awkward, especially when their boyfriend comes to me to help get them back together (this happened three times to me, really, really awkward, two out of the three guys I helped get them back together because the guys were my friends).

Be lucky you can keep weight and turn it into muscle instead, while muscle weighs more than fat you'll be worlds healthier because of it. Keep this in mind if while losing weight you start gaining weight, because you'll be building muscle.

Don't lift to lose weight, what, lifting builds muscle and loses minor amounts of weight in the time frame he probably wants. Do lots of cardio, running and shit to lose weight. You lose weight by sweating and burning calories, which doesn't happen in as great of volumes when you're just lifting. But do lift as well, it's important to loose excess fat weight but it's just as important to replace it with muscle as well.
i consume like 4000 calories a day and I cant gain weight
now I just need to put on muscle
