So I just got back from a date.
One of my co-interns is a cute nuclear engineer with an amazing Southern drawl, and after talking while carpooling for the last two weeks I asked her out to dinner tonight. It goes great and as we head back into the apartment, hers is first, as she's standing in front of the doorway we're looking in each other's eyes and I lean in close and reach my arm around her and-
-and her roommate comes bouncing up having just come back to the gym and gives us an enthusiastic 'HEY GUYS, WHAT'S UP'
what the
maybe she'll just go in the room so we can have a moment alone again... nope, she's holding the door open for her roommate and staring at me
motherFUCKER

Also just watched Tank Girl for the first time in ages
all post-apoc should be like this
So I basically spent the whole weekend with my girlfriend since my dad, mom, step dad, and half brother were all out of town...
condoms suck
man i love how cool my family and my girlfriends family are
I'll be at her house watching that 70's show or something and they'll be like "ok guys were gonna go out to the city have fun make sure to turn over the laundry" and they're gone for like 5 hours
and no one gives a single shit
I can't stop watching Initial D. Someone help me, I need to get back to watching King of the Hill.
jimmya wat happened to ur facebook
Having to read 1k+posts after 6 days internetless is shit
Even worse when you want to reply to something but you cant because its 4 days old
So I found this manga called the "JSDF Fought Here" or "Gate - Jietai Kare no Chi nite, Kaku Tatakeri" that has JSDF invading some foreign "magical" world
For some reason these "legionnaire" or "Roman"-looking army comes out of this gate and attacks a city of Japan
The JSDF is called in and completely obliterates them and goes into the gate and tears these "753 B.C." Army a new asshole
Then a bunch of other shit happens for some reason; it's pretty bizarre ,but interesting read

Ah, I'm at the part right before he goes into that race.
Ah, I'm at the part right before he goes into that race.
That race is intense. Sorry if I spoiled the win, but he's the MC so he has to win, right?
god damn all these drugs man
gotta get my T up then get the D so this other kinda T goes down and maybe some E in there will give me the desired effect
shit's hard
That awkward moment when you see someone you know IRL on Omegle video chat.
Don't worry guys, I had my pants on. I'm better than that.
Officially just became a chairsofter. My AK is out, and now I only have a GBB pistol and an inaccurate springer bolt action. No gas and no monies for BB's.
How I make food:
Starving during the day: frozen meal
Need a snack at midnight: Stuffed clams and stir fry
Just got back from a stationary store and there was a bunch of the usually stuff, papers, pencils, ink, arts and crafts, etc. And then behind the cashier on the top of a cabinet was an AEP Uzi, one of those mini M16 LPEGs, and two spring shotguns.
Taiwan I tell ya.
While I don't have a problem with smoking the reefer or doing the dirty dance with the green goblin, I wish you guys wouldn't flood Daily Life with it since I often look at the airsoft forum with my parents present.
Really, the last thing I need is my parents accusing me of doing "evil drugs!!".
I'm sorry man, I missed that post :(
I'm a bit bored so I'll tell you guys an interesting story today
The museum owner (mentioned in military fotos thred) mentioned something funny to me when he showed me his M1 Garand
He told me US Marines in the Pacific during WWII would throw empty en bloc clips at hard surfaces to make a ping sound
Veteran Japs would then pop their faces out to receive 8 rounds of 7.62mm because they thought said marine was reloading :v:

During Operation Overlord, there is a rumor that when 101st Airborne paratroopers would signal friendly forces with their "clicker" toys, making a "click clack" sound, German soldiers would respond with a "click clack-click clack" of their bolt actions, luring the GI's into their line of fire.

i have a feeling they will look ridiculous in everything
I have a 50 rounder for my .22 AR. :v:
And it does look pretty damn ridiculous.
But soon I'll be adding a slide fire stock. (which are completely legal here, I can't speak for you others though)

And it kinda sorta makes it automatic. (and a lot more fun)

As far as I know, both are myths. The likelihood of someone hearing the "ping" of a clip over a substantial amount of gunfire and explosions is next to none. Also, I'm fairly certain that the Marines never fought the same Japanese unit twice (i.e. on more than one island). However, I'm sure that tactic may have been employed on rare occasion, but nowhere near as often as people are lead to believe.
The clickers sound absolutely nothing like a Mauser action cycling. The Germans DID pick clickers off dead troopers though
7.62x63mm = .30-06 right?
yes

Don't forget that them sneaki japs would be stuck on the island fencing off mahreens with gorilla worfair so I'd assume they'd get to know the ping sound as well as the mahreens knowe about the weird 6mm muzzle repot
Did garry get rid of the message at the top when its your birthday?
:c

Yes you have a point there. But still the likelihood of the japs hearing the ping of a clip over the muzzle blast of 9+ M1 Garands, 4+ Thompsons, 4+ M1 Carbines (who's action sounds verying "ping-y" coincidentally), however many M1919s, and grenade and arty explosions all around, is slim to none.
