Troops are unloaded and crunch in the hard snow and ice. They randomly speedbuild. The tanks remains stationary.

Mick, Now named Mr. Rice, (him and slenderman had a talk about his cover story) goes off to find some other people. He hopes to form an alliance with someone.
SlenderMan proceeds to walk to the tent, mostly just for the heck of it, since he doesn't need anything from the tent.
Two strange people appear behind the tent, only aware of Mr. Rice, not knowing of Slenderman.
