I dont think that these movies will be related to the whole avengers thing, this movie isnt listed in the wikipedia marvel cinematic universe link.

If it happens, spider-man would probably turn it down, he's a solo guy in almost everything.

I love how colorful it is. You almost never see color like that in movies these days.
When I was a kid the spiderman cartoons I watched had tech web shooters, he also reloaded then with some cartridges that looked like tampons.
Anyway the movie looks ok. Not a fan of the actor, he looks like a total hipster in the trailers, but that's not that much of a concern.

if you can't relate to any characters, especially the main character, then the movie generally ends up sucking for you because you don't care about the characters. See: Men and Black 2. Will Smith's character was in on the whole thing this time around so you couldn't relate to him or anyone else. It ended up that you didn't give a shit because of it. In the first one Smith was in your position and learning everything with you.
