Hey mate, I feel for you and im not going to take the piss. It's not your fault you had spots, it's your parent's and friend's for not giving you proper advice. Here's what you should be doing: 1) Wash your face with proper facial cleanser, not soap 2) Always follow this with moisturiser 3) Never touch your face with your fingertips unless you just washed your hands 4) Eat healthy and get lots of exercise Sorry if any of this sounds patronising but it will help. There are plenty of people out there with the same problem and they only don't know what to do because no one talks about this stuff
