A lot of it can be found or inferred. You can go to their tumblr where they do upload a lot of their photography.
But OF started as a skating collective of friends, Tyler, The Creator, came up with the idea. Everyone in OF was pretty much friends from childhood so they all jelled and had similar senses of humor which is how the full acronym for Odd Future came out...just a series of inside jokes. Eventually they all began rapping or pretending to rap "seriously" (a la Jasper and Taco).

Also, this idea seems to be floating around; that the Ned Flander video is the 'prequel' to the Rella video. What happens in the Rella video is the effects of Hodgy eating and tripping on the meds he eats in this video, for example the fat black chick dancing on the TV coming out into the actual room. Thought I'd share it here too.
