I was the same way. I didn't just instantly like their music when I first heard it. Paid no attention to the lyrics whatsoever either. I basically made myself like them because I needed something different. Then, I found myself memorizing every word to certain songs. Song like: P, Hcapd and Rella. Learning some of Oldie now but shit, that's one long song. I doubt I'll ever learn all of Earl's bit. I've been studying their lyrics on RapGenius.com. I've learned a lot there, like Doms uses the phrase "Many men" a lot. Can't remember the particular reason why, but still. I'm rambling here.
