Pink Matter is such a good song, oh my god. It was genius putting Frank and Andre together.
What are your guys favorite songs? I feel like Frank might of been wrong when he said the singles weren't the best songs on the album.
Imo TBY, Sweet life and Pyramids really were the best songs. But Pink Matter and Lost were absolutely amazing too.
Super Rich Kids, Crack Rock and Bad Religion are all decent too (imo), I think I would love Forrest Gump if it didn't feel so.. weird listening to it. I know he's singing from Jenny's perspective, but idk...

Thinkin Bout You and Pyramids are my favorites. And I like Pink Matter, Super Rich Kids, Crack Rock and Bad Religion.
But he still has a lot of crazy good songs in his back catalog.
I've not got iTunes so I can't listen to it yet but would you guys say the album is better or worse than Nostalgia/Ultra?

Incomparable. I think theyre different in concept. nostalgia is literally nostalgic with melancholic songs, but channel orange has more social commentary than usual and it reminds me him on 'watch the throne'. it's definitely different from NU but i think you'll like it dude.
TBY, Sweet Life, Pyramids, and Super Rich Kids are my favorites as of now. I haven't finished the album yet.

Like Pal said I can't compare them at all. I like both of them for totally different reasons.

I wanted to say Pilot Jones and Pink Matter were my favorites, but I can't say anything is better/worse.
The entire album is a masterpiece, imo.

Yea Pyramids is still fantastic, probably the best, but it's absolutely great and I loved it from first listen.

Was actually worried about Earl appearing with Frank Ocean cos I wasn't sure how it'd work what with Frank being all soulful and generally chill and stuff and Earl being really aggressive both lyrically and in his delivery, but his lazy flow worked great for it, and Frank's almost spoken-word parts set it all up to work together.
