He does make his own beats, most if not all of OF's music is produced by Tyler, along with Left Brain and the Super 3.
Much of OF are fans of Cartoon Network shows like Adventure Time and Flapjack, Domo's line at the end of Salute makes reference to the latter.
Of course he doesn't like hipsters, do you really have to hear him say that twice to think that?
There's a lot of speculation around the whole lake thing, it is mentioned a lot, but I think somewhere Tyler said it was nothing significant.
Afaik, he doesn't smoke weed because of his asthma, but has used prescription meds like Ritalin.
And the green hat he talks about is the Supreme hat he is often wearing.
