You do realize that those type of job positions, especially for students, are both hard to obtain and incredibly hard to work in?
I don't really have much to say in regard to your bad experience on Facepunch, but just don't get wound up over such a minor issue. The sooner you let it go the sooner it ends, otherwise you will mostly be ripped apart and become an easy target. It sucks that but that's how it works around here.

On a serious note, I would undoubtedly like to agree with some of the users that replied to the OP. If you want to exist on Facepunch on an even remotely pleasant level, then you will have to develop a certain number of immunity types, some of the major ones being a troll immunity and an intolerance immunity.
