I don't have the stones to check out WTYO, but if there are indeed users posting vehemently illegal shit, by all means they should be banned. And if those types of posts make up the majority of the thread, it should definitely be closed.

Every now and then some asshole has posted some shota, or loli, or whatever, but atm I can only think of one instance where that hasn't been deleted/banned for and that's that cub shit, which, I have no idea why that [I]still[/I] has nothing done about it, anyway if anything like that gets posted it's also reacted to extremely poorly
