I always wondered why we even let that shit fly now. We used to be pretty fucking tight on all porn shit. No porn 'tars, not even cropped out ones. I'm pretty sure we already went over this, and I'm pretty sure that it didn't last very long the first time we banned it (which, by the way, I disagreed with in the first place and still do). I think that if somebody doesn't want to see the nastiest porn that everybody comes up with in their 'competition' then that somebody can just, you know, ignore that thread.

Also as discussed the previous time around, maybe there should be some way of hiding porn threads? Maybe only accounts that are, say, 6 months old can view/post in/make them? Maybe add a function to automatically hide any thread tagged as NSFW? Or, of course, maybe just not go into that thread?

Yeah, it's just the only other place that I could imagine it fitting. I think the weird threads should probably be banned but the more vanilla ones like hot girls or hot guys should be allowed to stay, since they're pretty normal compared to the weird shit in the "what turns you on" thread.

Good to get people's opinions, kinda interesting to see what people think here. I'm sort of torn, like on one hand it's very easy to avoid porn as it's largely kept to certain threads with titles that clearly mark what they are, although it's kinda unpleasant to see nasty shit in the mod queue when I'm at uni

However, it is kinda weird, especially when people take shit too far either on purpose or unintentionally. That and there's so many places on the internet where you can go instead, to either discuss it or just find particular things

I guess it really depends on if users can be restraint and tasteful with them, I have no idea if they are or aren't since I don't browse them that heavily. Some people have super creepy avatars tho and I'd like to see them go
