If anyone were to post something that could be interpreted as CP/Pedophilia, they would be destroyed within seconds.

It all comes down to subjectivity. If something seems off, or possible against the rules, then they should speak up immediately. We have mods for this exact reason (among others, but hey).

My opinion on the whole "how do you know if they are underaged": if it can be reasonably assumed among a general consensus that it appears to be underaged, then it is likely underaged. There's a very fine line and treading on the gray area of "15-17" for the argument doesn't really support your side. It makes it seem like you are supporting the far more obviously child-like age group.
