The WTYO thread has 105 pages with 40 posts a page. That's about 4200 posts. There have maybe been 2 or 3 incidents where something was posted that was not appropriate for the forum. Those posts were deleted and the accounts were banned. I know its easier to imagine people who go to WTYO as weird fetish freaks, but most of them are just people with obscure kinks. Or even normal ones. A lot of the posts were things like "I'm a fan of tight yoga pants" or users dumping some boob pics. I'll say it once again, the thread was mostly only discussion.

So he didn't need punishment to improve himself. Also I don't think I have seen people get banned for snipping their own warez posts without being quoted.
