What's the [I]point[/I] in having a porn thread in Facepunch? There are hundreds of communities out there that will accept someone saying "HEY I LIKE BIG ANTHROMORPHIC HORSE DICKS LOL" without any drama, judgement or arguments.

I don't see the reasoning behind the "well whats the point in trans discussion or DD?" 'argument' either. The trans and gay threads can provide support from people known and trusted (If you go to a huge LGBT forum, you're probably not going to know half the people there) to those coming out or having issues with themselves as a result of being trans or gay and durgs discussion can educate people on safe drug use without being misled to do things that would cause harm.

But the porn thread? From what I've seen, it serves no purpose other than being an echo chamber for people who want to jerk off to furry porn and broadcast the weirdest parts of themselves to the world. There's nothing wrong with having a few kinks, but there is something a bit weird about choosing to show Facepunch, of all places. Especially considering how many fetish forums there are out there.

I apologise if I seem a bit aggressive, but I seriously want to know.

i only mentioned it once, not every page. And debating if calling someone a dog fucker or not is not relevant to the point of the thread which almost no progress is being made in, in regards to that debate. In 40 pages, there have only been a handful of actually well writing civil points contributing towards the discussion. The rest has been flaming, yes debate is happening but not in the way i want it, because the way i want it, i want the debate thats taking place to be relevant to the topic. People could argue what they want, but here's my view.

Facpeunch does have spots for pornographic material, but they are very few and far between and the porn is kept VERY well to the places it ought to be. The only way you can find it on this site is if you actively go and look for it, and if it shows up somewhere it shouldn't be, it usually gets dealt with very swiftly.

I just don't see it as a problem. It doesn't really cause any issues unless you actively go out and look to make an issue out of it.
