I don't think it's good for the forum, this is supposed to be the rust forum (and in general a gaming forum, although we have other sections that are not about gaming) and it states when you register you have to be atleast 13. Furry stuff and cultivating a meaningful relationship aren't mutually exclusive. You could make the same argument with people that are masturbating to normal porn or porn from other fetishes instead, except maybe furry stuff gives you an unrealistic depiction of sex. There's nothing necessarily unhealthy about masturbating to furry stuff, either, it's pretty much like any other fetish.
