So... is anyone advocating the deletion of only porn deemed too offensive? Because it seems like if the argument is the mods have to deal with weeding out the illegal stuff, they'd basically be doing even more work if they had to go through every porn thread and decide based on some subjective metric if a particular image qualifies as a normal fetish. Widening the amount of unallowed content will only make more work for the mods as they would have to delete more content. I think all porn/nudity should be disallowed, as Facepunch is a 13+ forum. It goes against a lot of what I would consider "facepunch culture", but if the culture is leading to illegal activities it should probably go anyway,

But yes it is. also okay if it is made very clear in the thread title that it is more than just NSFW and that it is 18+ only then that's fine by me. It's easier to ban the thread though. What I think you should do is make a no image thread for the fetish, set up a steam group for image sharing or something putting your own 18+ disclaimer and then you can still have the facepunch community for it.

Either way the majority opinion, after you winnow those out, would still be overwhelmingly on the side of banning such threads.

I don't give two shits if it's for furry stuff or whatever (fuck the pedo bs though). If someone is looking for porn, just go somewhere else. I don't see the huge issue with this. I won't think differently of anyone on account of it as long as it's not pedo type stuff.
As much as I hate to impose a half measure, I think I'm going to have to change my vote to "no." I do think we need to eventually make a much more concrete poll on porn and nudity in general, but for now I feel like there's enough concerns raised about WTYO specifically to make me want to close at least that thread, and that's really seems to be the main focus of this poll in general.
