This is pretty much how I feel. I'm not really someone who cares what people like, but other forums I visit do just fine without porn threads. Given here is pretty laid back and covers a wide variety of topics, it just doesn't really feel necessary or anything still, especially given how people browse here at work or really anywhere with other people around.
That covers avatars, as you can be browsing somewhere and accidentally come across a really porny avatar by accident. But the picture porn threads also just don't really feel like they are necessary to have. Like people said, there are other places to meet people into the same things as yourself.

Depends on the posts. Ones ignoring the majority content in the thread and calling it a pedo dog rapist thread irrelevant or personally attacking people rather than having a civil discussion are dumb. Some I agree with.
There shouldn't be loli and shouldn't be bestiality. Frankly thats a moderation issue because those things [I]arn't[/I] accepted in the thread. As it has pretty clearly come across, none of the mods want to mod the porn threads, and that's the real issue here.
I would like to see the threads stick around but if no one wants to watch over them of course a few people are going to take it too far, look at this thread itself. You'll note somewhere shortly after that was posted I brought up how underage it looked. If it can't be monitored and is just a drain on the mod team then it is better gone. Same with the rest of the threads.
This coming from someone who's avatar looks like public indecent exposure though. (yes I imagine it is from a prank but it is blurred and what will that look like to someone seeing it, we are running the same idea of context making the difference if you say it's fine because it was from a prank as "she's a 400 year old vampire")

That's because it's not? Very little on this forum would be considered necessary or "needed". The things here are for pleasure and time filling (that sounds dirtier in this context than intended...). It could be removed, we would all live, and the forum would continue to be fine.
