Did you guys take all the letters you got from the A=1, B=2 way and see if all the letters could be rearranged? It's a lot of letters though, so it's going to be hard to find the sentence if that's the way.

If you look at the frequency analysis, you can see that the letters are further substituted and not scrambled because of the frequency of letters that don't match a sample of english, an english sentence, scrambled would still have the same letter frequency.

Used the caesar-cryptering. 4. step:

"Turned" the alphabet so A=Z B=Y etc.
Then changed every letter with a number A=1 B=2 etc.
