Y'all need to stop laying down so hard on him. He's just saying he's broadcasting if you want to listen. Also, Shoutpunch has no license if I'm not mistaken.

Also, if you think a Plantronics headset is high quality in broadcast terms there's something very, very wrong with you.

But, people still love me. :3: Tu154M and I both know, no matter how expensive the headset is, the mic isn't going to be butter compared to a real stand alone microphone meant to be clear as fuck. That headset has in 99% chance a piezo mic, just for space reasons. Piezo microphones are the cheapest kind you could have. You don't even have anything to do with real broadcast, stop blabbing out random facts you made up.
I take back what I said earlier. Website and radio station are pretty decent. If the OP somehow manages to avoid a lawsuit or three and stays on the air, all for the better.
Yeah right, that's why radio stations pay licenses to countries all across the globe just to play music from there, right?
You have to pay royalties for the music. Get it through your thick skull and stop pretending to be a big shot who knows everything about US law. Now I'm not saying that I know everything about law either, but to play songs licensed by United States copyright companies you have to pay royalties. You try to prove me wrong, but really you're just proving that you are an asshole.

Then we might be able to talk again. "herfderf ur an asshole u think u awesome wat bitch ya" - Stop acting like you're such a good person buying all your programs and being all straight and legal, hardly anyone on Facepunch gives a fuck. And so i will stop bumping this thread.
It was probably mentioned before, but, Tu154M is an ACTUAL RADIO DJ in Germany, who actually knows what he is talking about when it comes to DJ'ing. Trust me, using a Gamecom will get you laughed at and ridiculed by real radio people.
Sieabah.net radio can have up to 74 different listeners(at this current time)
Also, just a quick thing, apparently you can have up to 74 different listeners right? Well if you take a look at this handy dandy image, why is your listener cap 50? I'm not replying to you anymore but let me reply to your potential replies to this before I got. Response 1: Well that screenshot was taken before it got popular! Answer: I'm willing to be that it's still the same today. Response 2: Well we bumped up the listener count already! Answer: Uhm, sure you did... Response 3: You're just a jealous faggot because my station is nicer than yours. Answer: Shoutpunch has more than techno club stuff, Shoutpunch has a fuck ton of music, a real fanbase, more than 1 fucking DJ, we don't need a Shoutbox filled with fake "OMG THIS IS COOL" comments, and a non emo goth website. My opinion is fact, your arguments are invalid sir.
Jesus fucking christ, when did facepunch care about licensing and all that bullcrap. Werent we just fighting against the wares rule?

Station 1 and Station 2 add up to be 74. Station one has a 50 cap while Station 2 has 25. Since station 2 feeds off of station 1 one slot is always taken. It doesn't matter if Tu is an actual DJ in Germany. Law is Law.
