Yeah, there were supposed to be many different references to cheats in other games, but I would've never finished editing I if included all of them. The diamond just managed to make the cut.

If that's what you're using, stick with the kit lens until you can get a stabilizer or shoulder rig. The 18-55 with IS is better than a 50/1.8 or /1.4 (or whatever nonstabilized lens you may be using) for video as -while your style might be a touch cooler- shaky video is no friend of VFX.

He said it was a 2D track on the keyboard but a 3D track for the combine. So his tracking was good, just used the wrong tracking method for that. As the effect was 3D, but not 3D tracked.

Missed that, makes sense. Really, besides that the effects were all pretty good for a beginner. Just the camera shacking and wobbling is one of these modern things I can't stand.

Yeah, I've noticed. The low f-Stops/aperture also give the videos a nice depth of field which also nice, though. Thanks.
