If E codes are these ones, I don't see why that wouldn't be a possibility!

We have plastic headlights that fade over time instead of the superior glass ones. Hopefully we can arrange something in the future.
why is it so hard to find a 5 speed manual 90s Silverado these days. [editline]2nd October 2012[/editline] i mean who couldn't like this nice looking dash board! We plopped the 4.3 out and dropped in a TBI 454.
Yeah tons of people tell me its a girls car. I was looking at this one: It doesn't look too bad in my opinion. At least compared to the normal/factory look. I don't really know what else is out there. I was thinking of a honda prelude or Integra, but literally 1 in 5 cars where I live is a integra, prelude or civic.
Where do you live? We can give you spots on CG if youre in the USA
I kind of like it, but I'm not sure I like it as a Mustang. [editline]2nd October 2012[/editline] Wow, automerge yo.

But it's not smiley...It's Fords faux Aston look. [editline]2nd October 2012[/editline] Besides, I think it's still just a artists rendering.
I don't really know what else is out there. Here its bunch of 'hicks' driving lifted duramaxes covered in mud. Gotta love northern Connecticut + southern Massachusetts in the parts where its a rural. Makes for good driving roads though.
if thats the new mustang, i cease to like mustangs
if thats the new mustang, i cease to like mustangs
Probably an 'Artists Rendition' The actual cars never look anything like the concept art.

That is the direction Ford is moving though...
shit, dude, where do you live? here one in five is a sophomore driving her daddy's F-150/Ram 1500 or a V6 mustang
I live in Alberta, Canada. Since the winter here is so brutal, Most people are in large trucks or SUV's, but it seems like the people that have sporty cars have integras, civics or preludes. Probably because they are so cheap but still good value, and anything better would get damaged in winter anyway. Integras and civics especially are like disposable cars. If you wreck your car, you go and buy another one for $500. Edit: Also
The only real purpose of getting a hood like that is to reduce weight especially for rear-wheel-drive vehicles. FR cars need traction and weight to the rear so weight reduction on the engine front is essential. On a front-wheel-drive car like that Toyota Celica, it is the same but not as effective since you actually need the weight on the front for traction. Usually they're contructed with a fiberglass or FRP material to reduce weight. Please don't be ricer status and do a hood-scoop with no actual engine modding involved necessitating the use of engine venting. It's not like that Celica has an oil cooler or front mount intercooler set up with a turbo system for that overkill scoop. Oh cock don't buy that Celica and mod it like that please, there's so much more to see out there :/
Well, the car I'm buying has some imperfections on the hood so I thought it would be easier just to install a carbon fiber hood instead of fixing it up if it didn't look too bad. I just linked an example pic with the large scoop, I would be thinking of something more like this (OEM style): You do have a good point about the steel hood weight needed for better traction though.
Oooh maybe I could hire you to cut my hairs with a car like that :v:
Sure I'll just put a lawnmower to your head that should do it :v:
that video i took of that civic's bad wheel bearing got featured on jalopnik lol http://jalopnik.com/5947938/i-cant-stop-reading-this-sub%20reddit-about-the-worst-cars-on-the-road?utm_campaign=socialflow_jalopnik_facebook&utm_source=jalopnik_facebook&utm_medium=socialflow

You know what sucks? Being sick sucks.
Looking at buying my first car.. I was looking at this (although a little more then what I wanna pay atm) http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/rds/cto/3291870518.html but it has 169 k kilometres on it, and I'm not sure if that's too much to be spending that kinda cash.. help? edit: heres another RX8 http://victoria.en.craigslist.ca/cto/3298414990.html little bit cheaper and apparently only 15,000 on the engine (kms)

Also, are the carbon fiber hoods actually carbon fiber or are they fiberglass with a carbon fiber style wrap, my dads wing on his car is carbon fiber and it has a bunch of lines through it for the suction hose or whatever and those hoods don't have them as far as I can tell.

Because if you buy that car, you either learn about it, or eventually destroy the car. Ask the guy if it has been rebuilt (Probably not) because those engines need to be rebuilt every 100k miles. Otherwise they are really fun cars if you can survive the maintenance, I've driven one before and I liked it.

And the way I see it is Ford should get to steal some from design ideas from Austin Martin, payment for the V8 Vantage! :)

I could probably choose a fibreglass one, or a full carbon fiber one if I want. Since I'll probably still want weight on the front end, I probably don't need a full carbon fiber one. Our last winter was pretty bad in calgary. I remember a few mornings where I was just plowing through snow with my 4x4. I'll probably need to shovel my way out of driveway a few times. However, I'm looking forward to drifting in the parking lot at my work after the store closes. It was pretty hard to drift properly in a 4x4.
