Rockauto is best place to shop for parts, along with summit.
what was that website shiban posted a while ago where you could basically find any kind of part you wanted? my mom keeps asking me what I want for christmas, so I was thinking I should get something for my 86... to motivate myself a bit maybe.
The tuner shop is FRSport.com they always have good stuff
Fuck, really need to get that CV joint fixed. Driving 50+ miles a day hurts in more ways than one.
Breaker bars, man. Was cracking lug nuts loose for a tire rotation (the asswipe who had rotated the tires prior had tightened them really tight) and one of the lug nuts wasn't budging. After a bit I heard a crack, and suddenly felt myself stumbling back. After the first few moments of shock, I realized i had smacked myself in the face with the breaker bar :v: couldn't feel the side of my face for a few minutes
Careful, i knew a guy that did that and a skellington popped out.
Anyone know of some high quality tool sets? Sockets should be metric, because fuck SAE
I buy craftsman because sturdy and lifetime warranty.
After browsing their website for a bit, I'm overwhelmed with choices :v: Any recommendations? I probably don't need anything bigger than a 100-200 pc set
An interesting video of modifying an R34 Skyline, this is 11 years old btw. HPI are a New Zealand/ Australian magazine and the narrator is from NZ.
Snapons sockets have the thinnest walls. They also give you the thinnest pockets.
Snap-on has the BEST ratchets though

Liked the craftsmanship of the manifold, and all during the process of it I thought "Ohh god how much did that cost." But when they changed out the POD filter to a "LOL JETPLANE INTAKE" I cringed. It did not look like it even filter out anything...
After browsing their website for a bit, I'm overwhelmed with choices :v: Any recommendations? I probably don't need anything bigger than a 100-200 pc set
I got a 198 or so piece Craftsmen set from Sears on clearance for ~$120
I got a second speeding ticket tonight. Virginia has stupid driving laws for people under 20 so I may lose my license for 90 days.....
Maybe you shouldn't speed huehuehue :v: And I've got a 88piece socket/ratchet set from Craftsman I got on clearance for 50 squids taxed, always keep it in my trunk, so far I've been able to do every mechanical work with it.
after being in the supra scene for a bit, I can't say I am suprised by this 11yo vid.
Huehuehue i wasnt trying i just happened to be speeding, it happens
Tickets happens when you aren't trying, always. Like how I never got a ticket speeding and how I got tickets when I wasn't doing it on purpose :v:

I ended up buying the craftsmen spark plug socket set, 4 sockets in different sizes. been in my tool box ever since.
All i have is a shitty 20 pc from the auto parts store. A few screwdriver and a wrench set. Yay metric for not needing many tools. They work on my motorcycle and my truck.

It was for drag strip use only.
In FUEL it takes about 30 minutes to drive across the entire map with the dragster on the long, almost straight highway. Boredom.
In FUEL it takes about 30 minutes to drive across the entire map with the dragster on the long, almost straight highway. Boredom.
I drove in an almost complete straight line with an ordinary offroader and it took 3 hours That was boredom
All my hours spent on FUEL are because of boredom. Seems I've been bored at least 88 hours :v:
In FUEL it takes about 30 minutes to drive across the entire map with the dragster on the long, almost straight highway. Boredom.
Why can't we get a map as big as FUEL's in Forza Motorsport hnngh. Forza Horizon's map is pathetically small, it takes you like ten minutes to drive from one side to the other in a Challenger even if you go along the outer roads.
because fuel's map is shit and just because it's big doesn't make it good, If I remember, most of it was pretty flat with little terrain, and bits where there was terrain, it was just the same stuff copied and pasted most of times in different variations, that's how they got it to work in the first place.
