are those rwd or awd?
GT-R's are AWD, anything else is RWD
are those rwd or awd?
Depends on the model. V-Spec is AWD. [editline]3rd January 2013[/editline]
GT-R's are AWD, anything else is RWD
The base GT-R is still RWD up until the R34 generation. The only AWD model was the GT-R V-Spec.
My maroon blazer has turned white with salt. Time for a car-wash
I found some old pictures of my friends Skyline R33 GT-R. I totally forgot what a beast it was. Holy shit it's a good looking car. Here's a video he made with it. Listen to that motherfucker haul ass.
The second that thing hits boost it slams into redline in under a second, that must feel fucking incredible in the cockpit. Like having your insides rammed up against the back of your ribcage.
I have no clue whether this belongs here or not but I was wondering if anyone had experience with dampening vibrations mainly in the trunk. My subs rattle the hell out of it and it's rather loud when inside and outside the car, and I was hoping there is a way to fix this.
rubber bushings between the subs and anything they touch?
That might work but the problem is the sub box sits on a rather thin removeable cover that is over my spare tire and a small storage space. I would probably have to either get a more sturdy cover or find a way to reinforce it if the rubber doesn't help as I think it's the main source of the rattling. I would move the subs below the cover and put the tire where the subs were, but I would need a new box made and I doubt two 12s would fit down there.
Hmm, maybe a rubber mat? :v: [editline]3rd January 2013[/editline] Or, a bunch of 2x4's to reinforce the cover a bit and a rubber mat on top of that?
Between the sub box and the cover thing?

My rear 6.5" rear speakers make enough pressure to make my boot rattle, can't hear it in the front though [editline]4th January 2013[/editline] Put silentcoat literally everywhere
Won't help; the rattling is probably caused by the air pressure. You can only hear the rattling inside when certain frequencies are played, outside it's super loud all the time though.

To reduce vibrations all around on panels and such use dynamat or a cheaper alternative. And for a cheaper alternative use : http://stores.ebay.com/AudioTechnixOnly/Sound-Deadener-/_i.html?_fsub=5011831015&_sid=1030072985&_trksid=p4634.c0.m322

was expecting a different photo. Was surprised.
Holy shit. Holy fucking shit. I have just had an experience with perhaps the douchiest driver alive So I'm driving home from work, cruisin in the left lane when suddenly some swerves right in front of me, not even using their turn signals. So I'm kinda annoyed, but don't think much of it. He starts slowing down, to the point where I'm kinda tailgating him. He starts speeding up and slowing down, but I just assume it's some other slow person driving in front of him. After a while I realize that there's nobody in front of him and he's just doing this to fuck with me. I'm kinda pissed at this point, since I just worked a 12 hour shift and wanted to get home asap. Then, he does something that just made my insides boil: he started matching the speed of the car beside him (two lane highway). The car beside him wasn't some average car driving along; it was some shitty work truck going 10-15 mph below the speed limit. At this point there's a long line of pissed off people behind me, and at this point the fucker starts brake checking me yet keeping no gap between him and the truck. After about 5 miles of this he takes an exit off the highway leaving me pissed as fuck In other words, I fucking hate Jeeps. I shoulda followed that fucker to scare the shit out of him

Also got a blurryish burnout video, some cunt got hella mad and yelled at my friend lol. [editline]4th January 2013[/editline] So you cruised in the left lane like a faggot asshole then got mad when someone let you know you're a shitcunt? Neat.
Of course concur has something to say Cruising is the best word I could think of, everyone was driving pretty slow for some reason so I spent most of the time in the left lane
But still, left lane is fast, right lane is for slow/cruising.
