Couldn't find a 5/16 drive ratchet anywhere
just use 8mm its like <0.1mm out
I have my tabs, but I havent been able to apply them yet since they'll rip in this weather. Going to have to drive on expired for another week
Rain + RWD + just trying to turn left in an intersection = super hydroplane doriftu I was fishtailing like crazy and countersteering until I realized I needed to let go of the gas. Was scary with stock suspension but I managed to keep control.
Rain+RWD pickup with an empty bed+Right turn at intersection=getting sideways at 15mph through the corner.
Couldn't find a 5/16 drive ratchet anywhere
Grab 30 clams and go buy a basic ratchet set from the store, when you cant find a ratchet, bust out the set and make sure it returns when you're done.
Rain+RWD pickup with an empty bed+Right turn at intersection=getting sideways at 15mph through the corner.
time for some new tires? my RWD truck never goes sideways unless I am flooring it around a rainy corner.
time for some new tires? my RWD truck never goes sideways unless I am flooring it around a rainy corner.
I agree. Even with bald tires, I think the bigger issue here is a heavy foot.
welp car is in shop for diagnosing what the fuck that clunk was, We will know by tommorow
Went for CRV snow fun, used my brain and picked out the perfect parking lot, at the abandoned factory near us, It's a massive flat square with no obstructions, surrounded by forest, a giant mound of dirt, and a warehouse, aka you cant see us spinning round and round from the road. Gopro video to youtube within this week methinks.
time for some new tires? my RWD truck never goes sideways unless I am flooring it around a rainy corner.
To be fair, it was the first time it had rained in a few weeks, and it rained quite a bit. Actually I think it was the first time it rained since last spring. :v:
So I just bought my first car :v: It's from end 2002, 2.0 S-Line 100k miles on it, 7500$
that's a really pretty car!
Yeah I've been actively searching for the past 3 months for the perfect car, And for the money, it isn't gonna get any better then this
I'm buying my first car this week. Paying $700 to my girlfriend's dad for a 1993 325i. No rust, 110k miles, good maintenance.

Yeah I heard if I need any parts to look on Ebay or other sites that sell used parts. It's a neat little car.

Also I'm digging those wheels <3 May I add the first "modifcation" you should do is put Lamen-X or the equal to the front of it. Would be a shame to start seeing rock chips on that.

And in it's turn quite some tiny scratches from stones n that sorta stuff. Next to that I'll most likely never drive in snow, That place on the photo was some place way outside of where I live and in my town the roads are always 'clean' so to speak. First thing I'm gonna try and do is get rid of the towbar on the back since I won't be allowed to tow anything it's kind of useless and ugly. Just no idea on how I'll be doing that :v:

I would not say its "useless and ugly" I kinda love my trailer hitch because if I go face first into a ditch I know for sure I can get towed out using it. Instead of taking a risk on the axle or something. I believe there usefully, but hell I live in Texas and everyone thinks we have cowboy hats and haul around goose-neck trailers all day. Is removing the bumper one of the steps :v:
No, in texas, you have cops who give old lady's speeding tickets for going 2 mph over, and dipshits who don't know how to merge. All while in bumper to bumper traffic in 120 degree weather! FUN And before you bash me, yes, I used to live in texas.

The three or four times I've went to visit family in Houston I found out about the terrible driving conditions there.
Can't be as bad as Colorado, home of people that drive below the speed limit in left lanes, and gmc blazers with shitty 22" chrome rims and walmart decals

Things I saw while driving through como are embedded in my memory. [editline]26th January 2013[/editline] To me, personally, I wouldn't live in texas for any amount of money or bribing.
To me, personally, I wouldn't live in texas for any amount of money or bribing.
IMO To me, personally, I wouldn't live in the city for any amount of money or bribing. Running straight exhaust's all day and 0 fucks are given.

lifted car and began to put jackstands under it, stopped midway said fuck this too cold. Tired of seeing the check engine light on my car so I bought the O2 sensor for downstream. Accord is running 100% smoothly again, What I thought was my brakes squeeking was my control arm loose.
Fuck, I should not be allowed to drive and smoke cigs while high. Burned a hole in my seat, anyone know how to remove the black stuff?
