:) [editline]19th February 2013[/editline] I'd give more, but I've got stuff to buy for my car
$50 is a huge amount to give.
I would've spent it on cigarettes and junk food anyways, might as well let it go to a good cause
This is the funniest craigslist add that I've seen in a while http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/cto/3602980886.html
Which stereo looks better? Any opinions?
Why is it impossible for someone to manufacture a replacement radio that is clean, simple, and useful? hurrr durr, i don't need 50 buttons and a huge ugly screen and flashy colors on my radio.
Don't tell me alpine stereos are complicated, more than often you've got less buttons than OEM stereos on them. And only one color, blue. And they're simple to use as sin. I've always really liked my Kenwood deck. It's simple to use, has front aux/usb, saves audio menu location and usb drives are incredibly easy to navigate with the search button. It seems like all the decks are doing away with the multi purpose knobs, I personally hate having to press specific buttons to go up/down/left/right. [t]http://www.tntcarstereo.com/headunits/KDCX494.jpg[/t] Honestly I'd look around for some second hand or older model decks, when the 2011 models were coming in I picked up my deck for $85.

My personal favorite car stereo is this one Dual unit that has a spot for SD, an aux in, and a volume knob. The bare essentials -- why would you need anything else? CDs are a pain to listen to when your car rides like hell.
I stayed up until now (4:40am) waiting for my tax return to come through guys I did it, I ordered coilovers guys!!!!!
Now I wait for mine so I can order a new fuel dizzy hell I think I can rebuild mine but putting it back together and making it not leak is the hard...
a year or so ago it was raining hard and I was doing 70 when my car lost and it was terrible I almost ended up in oncoming traffic I almost shit my pants
In August of 2011, like a month or two after I got my full license I was on my way to church or something and it had rained, and at that time I drove a big ford aerostar van. As i came up to a light it turned red, started braking and totally went mad dorifutu skidz sideways on a highway going like 50 lol. That had me scared shitless
my old 88 Vic = hydroplane master.
Bought a new car a couple a weeks ago. What's your guys opinion on it? It's a 1.8 T-sport (2zz-ge) with 192hp.
It's the ultimate shit your pants moment. I was mega dorifuto for a whole minute just completely going sideways then I did a 180 by foot braking. Then there was incoming traffic on this narrow two lane street. GF's S13 still has old stupid owner tires
Bought a new car a couple a weeks ago. Shame it doesn't have razor sharp handling like the Elise though

You start a song from your phone and you can see the title and control the phone. They also do hands free calling, which is good because it's illegal to make calls while driving in Ontario. I used the aux on the corolla all summer and it was nice, though changing songs while driving is really distracting.
couldn't find a funnel today ... so I made one. [t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BDkfi0gCMAIux3m.jpg:large[/t] The perfect size too

They don't want you making calls, texting, playing Angry Birds, or using your phone as a radio remote. Bluetooth is "neat" and all, but it's nothing you can't do with aux or USB. As far as calling and driving, that shit can wait. Or pull over. If driving and talking on the phone is something you HAVE to do at the same time you don't care enough about one or the other. Sorry.
Um, you are supposed to use winter mixture that is good down to -20. I wouldn't be surprised if you cracked the plastic container, or worse. Depending on how much it was filled.
Thanks for being an ass towards me again for no reason (and for throwing me under the bus, again, as if the windshield washer fluid was the first thing on my mind) I had time to open the hood up and take a look, you're wrong anyway, the nozzle or hose to it is frozen, the liquid and its container are fine.
I live in MN, and I dont use any "special" stuff and it never freezes. Just today it was -16 overnight
I don't have windshield wash at all It was in the way of my go-fast fan piping :v

And AUX can usually not control the media playback on the phone (or even read what is playing), just listen to it. And some phones don't work with the USB in cars at all, like my Galaxy Nexus, but it does with Bluetooth playback.
The use of hands-free devices is still permitted, and drivers may use hand-held devices to call 9-1-1. 'Hands-free' use means that apart from activating or deactivating the device, it is not held during use and the driver is not physically interacting with or manipulating it. Actions such as dialing or scrolling through contacts, or manually programming a GPS device, for example, are not allowed.
http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/safety/distracted-driving/index.shtml That said, it's still not the smartest thing to do.
